    Dissatisfaction and concern regarding a deceptive claim made in their mailing. The advertisement stated that ***************** participates in the Teensmart Adept Driver program and offers insurance discounts to those who complete the program. When I contacted ***************** to claim a discount after my son completed the course I was informed that they do not provide any such discounts for completing the driver program. This misleading claim has caused me considerable frustration and wasted time and money. As a parent looking to ensure the best driving education and insurance benefits for my teen driver, accurate information is crucial. I relied on their representation of a partnership with *****************, (They inclued the Farmers Logo on their mailing) only to find out that no such discount exists. I request a refund, Ceasing the dissemination of false information regarding partnerships with ***************** companies, Correcting any misleading advertisements that suggest insurance discounts which are not actually available on their mailings and website, Providing a clear and accurate list of insurance companies that genuinely offer discounts to participants of the Teensmart Adept Driver program. Furthermore, I expect a refund and formal apology for the inconvenience and hope they rectify this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

    We appreciate **************** bringing this issue to our attention. After receiving the complaint, we reached out to **************** directly by phone to address his concerns and to assure him that the advertisement he received was from ****************** not ADEPT Driver. We were also able to put **************** in contact with a representative from Farmers who was able to help clarify the current discounts on Mr. ******* auto insurance policy, and make suggestions about additional discounts available to the ****** family. It is our understanding that this complaint has been handled to Mr. ******* satisfaction and can be closed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want to extend my gratitude to *********************** at Adept Driver for her prompt attention and how she went above and beyond to resolve my issue. In my frustration  I mistakenly submitted a complaint against the wrong firm, Adept Driver. If possible I would like to remove Adept Driver from this complaint. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
