    This is an ongoing issue since June of this year and with other issues since last year.On the street side of the business there is part sidewalk and part gravel path.The over growth of the existing landscaping hasn't been trimmed back since last year. This creates limited space for the walking public as well as tenants whom live at the facility. There has also been ongoing gravel washed away that leaves a tripping hazard at an underground splice box in the gravel path near an above ground **** switching terminal.I have called and talked to someone that's in charge of the landscaping department. We even met at the facility so I could explain the needed maintenance to be done. He said that he needs approval to fix the tripping hazard and complete trimming of the planted area.I next tried to contact the executive director that is in charge of the entire facility. We did speak once, and she said that she would visit the needed work area and have any issues taken care of. Since none of the work has been done, I again tried to contact the executive director. I left four voicemails during the month of November, but no return call. I then tried to reach the business office to get the phone number of the ***************** I left three voicemails in the first week of December, but no call back.I guess the Meridian isn't concerned with customer service. I'm being ghosted.All the while the restricted walk path and tripping hazard are still there.The business prides itself for senior living, but anything outside the building doesn't seen to matter.
