    I paid *****************************, owner of Automation Actual LLC ****** to run an amazon store and ******** selling store for me. (please see attached documents of all receipts paid to them). I created ****** LLC (**********) in July 2022, which got deactivated quickly after going live due to a drop shipping policy that Amazon had that automation actual LLC used to buy and sell products. They told me to create a new business and they switched to using Amazon FBA with a company called **************** LLC, So I created a new business called ***** Central LLC (**********). This store also shortly after going active on Amazon got deactivated in November 2022. I have attempted to contact ***************************** for over a month without response, and now I hear that he filed for bankruptcy with automation actual llc and that many people are losing the money they paid him. I am attempting to contact **************** LLC, FBA that I signed up for also as they run the stores for the buying/selling and accounts, but I have had no luck reaching them either. I am requesting a refund and that people are made aware of this scam. If nothing can be done I will have to pursue legal action against him and the business.Attached is the contract as well.

    I bought 6 automation stores from this company on February 2022. The promise was return of investment with a year. Every month I followed up with them to see when any of the stores would open up and every month they said next month. It is December now and the company has no longer responded to calls and seems to be going out of business. The owner is no where to be found and took 30k plus a lot of other investors money along with it. They targeted the military audience with the angle of trying to sell the importance of peace of mind while we protect the nation. Instead he took the money and ran with it.
