    I ordered tires from Giga tires on 6/13/2025. I received them on 6/16/2025. The tires are for a motorhome. Commercial tires have a DOT date on them. The tires they sent are already almost a year and a half old. Dates were 0224 and 0324. Motorhome tires have to be replaced every 5-7years. So thats already taken almost 25% off the lifespan of the tires. I called the company to see about getting tires that are newer at least 6 months or newer. She stated that they can't guarantee that the tires will be newer if I reorder tires. She also stated that if they are at least under 3 years that they will be fine. That would be almost half the life of the tires. I asked about getting a discount on the tires hoping for at least 35% as the tires are already at 25% of the life of the tire. She stated no they couldn't do them on these tires and the most they could do is 5% buy I'd have to reorder new tires in order to do that. Also everytime I call this company I am told the wait time is ***** minutes which is ridiculous for a company. Ive called them 3 times and everytime there is a long wait. This last time I called I was told that it would be a ***** minute wait. It ended up being almost an hour wait. I would like to either receive newer tires or get at least a 35% discount. Tires shouldn't be that old already when received.

    As our customer service representative explained, all of our tires are brand new and stored to ensure they remain in excellent condition until they are sold. The *** dates you received, 0224 and 0324, are well within industry guidelines. Most manufacturers and tire experts consider tires less than three years old to be new and completely safe for use, especially when stored properly.
    If the tires have not yet been mounted, you are welcome to return them. We will be glad to assist you with the return process. Please note that we are not able to guarantee more recent *** dates on replacement orders due to how inventory is managed.
    We also apologize for the long phone wait times. We recognize how important your time is and are actively working to improve call response times and the overall customer experience.

    Gigatires, LLC To: Returns/Warranty/Management DepartmentsHello,On 5/16/2025 I placed an order(94251280) for (4) Prinx R/T 295/60/20 tires. They were delivered to your contracted installer TireChoice for installation. The installer stated that 3 of the 4 tires could not be balanced and were out of spec and that I would need to work it out with Giga-Tires directly. Giga Tires customer service could not answer whether I would be reimbursed if I spent another $150 to have them reinstall my original tires. Giga Tires customer service also couldnt tell me if I would be sent replacements or if they would issue a refund which would be less the shipping I paid. I decided it didnt make financial sense to do either option. On 5/27/25 I took my vehicle to an offroad shop that specialized in offroad tires and uses a Road Force tire balancer. After spending another $140+tax they indexed all 4 tires and two were found to be out of spec and could not be balanced causing severe vibration at 55+ mph. I have attached their report and the inspection report from TireChoice. At this point Im requesting you choose one of the following options or Im going to dispute this purchase with my credit card company. I purchased four NEW tires that should be in good working condition and I received 2 defective tires from Giga Tires. Option #1 -Refund 50% of my purchase price in the amount of $414.46 plus half of the second installation cost I spent of $74.90 for a total of $489.36 Option #2 -Send (2) replacement tires to Suncoast Customs and a shipping label to return the two defective tires to Giga Tires as a warranty claim. The replacement tires must be sent before the defective tires can be mailed back as they are on my vehicle currently.

    I made an order through their **** store, the item was not shipped and there is no responses from the business to messages though ****, no one answers their phone number for customer service, it's as if they dont exist.

    I ordered 4 Bridgestone Turanza LS100 tires for $81.18 each from Giga Tires on May 1, 2025. The order was confirmed, and tracking numbers were issued. The following day, the order was canceled, citing out of stock. However, the same product reappeared on their site listed as in stock at $164.82 per tire nearly double the price.I emailed requesting that the original price be honored, but they never responded despite their 48-hour reply policy. This appears to be a bait-and-switch pricing tactic and is deceptive and unacceptable.

    Giga Tires partners with over ***** warehouses across the country to bring our customers the most competitive pricing and widest selection possible. However there are rare instances where stock availability may not update in real time. In such cases, an order can unfortunately slip through before the warehouse notifies us of an out-of-stock status.
    That said, were glad to see in our system that you were later able to repurchase the same Bridgestone Turanza LS100 tires at $81.18. We hope they arrived as expected and met your needs.

    I purchased a tire from Giga-Tires on 5/13/2024 to use as a summer tire. It was stored properly over the winter. When I reinstalled it on my vehicle for this summer season, I noticed a gash in the sidewall. I attempted to file a claim, but the warranty section of their website was not functioning correctly.After several back-and-forth communications and submitting photos along with inspection proof, I received a response on 5/1/2025 stating:"After reviewing your case, it sounds like the damage was caused by a road hazard. Manufacturer warranties typically only cover defects and treadwear. It looks like you opted out of tire coverage insurance on this order, which is a product we offer to help cover the things a standard manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover. At this time, we are unable to assist you with a warranty claim. If you have any further questions, please let me know!"They claimed I declined tire coverage insurance, but to my knowledge, I was never presented with such an option during checkout. In fact, their website states that all tires come with a three-year warranty against road hazards. If this is not the case, then their website and checkout process are misleading and do not reflect the actual terms of purchase.

    To clarify, we do offer optional tire coverage at the time of purchase. This option is available during checkout under the Tire Coverage tab. In order to be protected under this plan, it does need to be selected and added to your cart.
    After reviewing your order details, we see that this coverage was not selected and no additional charge for it was applied. We appreciate the time you took to communicate with us and send documentation, and we're truly sorry we couldn't offer coverage in this case.

    We purchased tires on 1/20/25, the tires were to be shipped for installation at a local partner retailer on 1/23/25. On 1/22/25 we received a email from Giga saying the tires had been lost by ****** At that time we requested a refund. Two weeks later, we had not received a refund. I contacted the bank and confirmed no refund had been issued. I then filed a dispute with the ****. On January 28th, I contacted *** tires to inquire about the dispute and refund. I was told at that time that a refund had been directly back to our debit card. On February 13th I contacted via email and was again told the refund had been issued. At this point I contact the bank and was told, Giga had NOT responded to the charge back notice. I then called Giga and was told a completely different story. The **** representative stated that they requested ***** to go back to the local retailer and pick up the tires, but the tires couldnt be located. According to the representative, this is the reason we have not received a refund. We went to the local retailer, which is a partner of giga tires, and inquired about the situation. They have no record of the tires ever being delivered. This company is a scam. We purchased a product directly from them and have not received it. We want a refund.

    Thanks for reaching out. After extensively reviewing your order, here is what happened.
    On Jan 23rd, our customer service team notified ***** that two packages where not moving on the tracking and had been potentially lost. When a case is started with ***** we are required to allow them to complete their investigation. On Jan 28th, ***** closed our case with us, letting us know that the order had been delivered on Jan 27th to the installer partner. Upon case closure, we set up the return from the installer, which requires the tires to be picked up from the installer location. It looks like we set up 6 separate attempts for the tires to be picked up from the location starting on Jan 28th and our most recent attempt being Feb 19th.
    Typically, our policy is to refund for a return once the order has reached a returns warehouse and has been checked in. The refund issuance is usually an automatic process, upon check-in. I believe this is what caused some confusion between the customer service representative and you regarding the refund issuance.We are truly sorry that multiple parties along this order dropped the ball and made this experience less than ideal. Because of this, we are continuing to work in the back end on the return. We have also issued a refund for the services and product. Please note, the only part not refunded is the handling fee of $9.80, which is a non-negotiable, non-refundable fee. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to return to your original payment method.

    As of today 1/17/2025 only one tire was delivered to the ***** location. I ordered 2 tires during one transaction. I requested BOTH tires be delivered to ***** for pick up. Again I am requesting a refund of $152.60 and I again am sitting on hold with Giga tires to speak with a representative. I will gladly send the ONE tire back if that is what is need to receive my refund I want nothing to do with this company it has been a month of this.

    I ordered 2 tire from Giga Tires LLC on 12/31/2024 the original estimate delivery was 1/2/2025 as of today 1/14/2025 the tires still have not been delivered.Over the course of the 2 weeks, I spoke to a ***** representative who stated the tires had been improperly labeled by Giga tires and were stuck in transit at a ***** location to far from my home to pickup, since they couldnt deliver to my home due to the improper shipping label they gave me a delivery option to a ***** location close my home, the order was switched to pickup upon clarification from Giga tires in case they could resend the proper label. I reached to Giga Tires 3 different times with different wait times varying from 15-45min. 2 of those calls I opted for the call back option, when the call came through hours after my original wait time the automated voice only stated my call could not be accepted. On the 3rd call, yesterday 1/13/2025, I spoke to a representative, stated the issue above, and she stated the company would reach out to ***** to clarify any shipping issues and ***** had 72hrs to respond or I would either be sent replacement tires or refunded. I chose the refund option she stated she made note of that in my order report. A representative from Giga tires called today 1/14/2025 and reassured me twice that ***** located the tires, got a corrected shipping label, since the option of pickup was already in place I was still to pick them up from the ***** closest to my home. The agent stated twice and provided me the address, said the tires were delivered and I could pick the tires up today, even gave me the location hours of operation. When I arrived to the store no tires nor delivery truck had been by and wouldnt be arriving for some hours per the store associate. When I reached back out to Giga tires after leaving the ***** I was again met with the wait time 30min which turned into an hour. I no longer wish to have the tires I simply want a refund so I can move on. Thank you.

    Thank you for providing an update. What I can see on our system is that the one tire has been returned, and that a refund was done on January 24th.
