Giga Tires is being dishonest, evasive, and refusing to honor basic consumer rights. I paid $169.53 on August 13, 2025 for a tire that arrived the next day, and it was defective right out of the box. The tire cannot be balanced, cannot be used, and is worthless.I have sent this company over 20 emails, and all I get back are the same copy-paste nonsense messages demanding documentation. Giga Tires refuse to take responsibility, refuse to follow their own return policy, and keep stonewalling me.This is absolutely unacceptable. The item is defective, period. I demand a full refund of $169.53. If they want their junk tire back, they must send me a prepaid return label. I will not spend another dime to fix their mistake nor I will not pay $120 for "inspection".Business Response

Were very sorry for the trouble with your tire and the frustration this has caused. As mentioned in the email you received, **************** needs a photo of the damaged tire, ideally with the issue circled, to evaluate the claim. If a customer chooses not to provide photos, **************** then requests an inspection report instead.
If you can send them the picture, that will be valid enough for the team to proceed with the evaluation.

August 15th my mother passed. I had to transport her ashes from ******** to ******** for burial. I ordered a tire in ********, by the time I made it to ********* ******** it blew out on me. So I ordered 2 additional tires and ended up having to pay for a hotel stay for over a week (because of labor day weekend) while I wait for shipping. I had them installed and made it 50 miles before those blew out.. I ended up having to rent a uhaul and car dolly to literally tow my car from ******** to ********. Now I'm out almost $1,000 for the hotel stay and over $1,000 for the uhaul and car dolly.. and I paid for 2 more tires I've sent pictures, inspection report, videos for over 2 weeks now, and no refund. No warranty claim, nothing. I cannot PROVE one of the three tires, but I can 2 of them. Now I'm out thousands of dollars. It's not fair, nor is it right. I plan on contacting an attorney today for civil litigation.Business Response

On 9/4 I purchased some tires at an advertised price from Giga tires. They gave me me a confirmation and tracking number for the order. Four days later the tires still did not ship so I contacted them to see why. They told me that the order was canceled and they sent a cancellation email that I never received. I ask what was the reason for the cancellation and they said the tires were out of stock. The tires were not out of stock and I let them know they should honor the price that I purchased them at. They told me they could not and the best they could do is ten percent off. I let them know that that is false advertising and bad business.Business Response

Since we work with several warehouses to offer the best prices possible, there are times when a specific inventory or price sells out before our site updates. Unfortunately, this can result in the tires showing as available when they are no longer in stock at that price. When this happens, the next best available price is published instead. I purchased a set of tires from ************************. During the purchase process it clearly states in multiple places the ***** brand tires I purchased come with a road hazard warranty (and I have screen captures of the entire purchase user experience to show). This is the exact reason why I chose to purchase from them. The warranty clearly states the tires are covered up to 100% Free, a $185.44 Value - which it includes specific language that punctures are covered.Unfortunately with only 400 miles on this new set of tires, I experienced a puncture on the edge of the tire that my local tire installed said is un-repairable. After speaking with multiple agents at Giga Tire, each told me a different story. Two deny the warranty, and a third who looked on the website and saw the exact language I was referring to. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who finally told me, yes there is a warranty - but they have to refer me to another company for that. She left the call stating she would email me the information to file a warranty claim, along with her full name and contact. She never emailed me and completely blew me ****** a consumer who made a purchase decision based on clear language presented during the purchase process specifically about warranty, I feel helpless being scammed by this fraudulent business behavior. I am rejecting this response because:Wrong - your customer service has stonewalled me insisting they will not warranty the tire.
I did however correspond with Kumho Tires USA and they confirmed it is your contractural obligation as a Kumho reseller to do so. In light of your failure Kumho allowed me to directly file a warranty claim with them after I forwarded the litany of runaround to them. Your supplier is aware of your business practices.
I will also add that your customer service said a s**** in a tire is not a road hazard. Kumho USA said it absolutely is.
To make it right you should immediately be refunding me the cost of the replacement tire

Otherwise - Giga Tire is indeed a SCAM. Your company puts the tire warranty in front of you then does the bait and switch the definition of a scam!

- On 07/01/2025, you placed order #******** for four (4) Kumho tires. This order did not include Tire Coverage.
- On 08/22/2025, you placed order #******** for one (1) of the same tire model, this time with Tire Coverage added.
Since the puncture was reported on 08/22, the same day the second order was placed, the damaged tire would have been from your July 1st order (#********), which unfortunately did not include Tire Coverage.Just to clarify, the manufacturers warranty from ***** covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as mileage (treadwear coverage) depending on the model. However, it does not extend to punctures or other road hazard damage. Road hazard coverage is only available through the optional Tire Coverage plan, which was not selected on your original July order.I know this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we must follow both ****** manufacturer warranty terms and our Tire Coverage policy. Kumhos warranty doesnt cover it? Wrong! ********* approved my warranty claim and sent me a reimbursement check for $183.90, the full cost of the replacement tire and maintain, in writing, Giga Tires is in breach of your reseller contract.
Certainly proves Kumho USA is a solid company and stands behind their product. Kumho USA confirmed punctures - like a s**** are absolutely considered a road hazard. The Kumho ***************** was super easy to deal with, kind, and profoundly apologized for my experience with Giga Tires.

Ordered tires had them mounted at tire shop they had trouble trying to balance them i drove the truck it has bad vibrations and so noisy I brought them to 2 more tire shops witch tried there best truck still had bad vibrations and noise so I ordered a new set of tires from same place and took those tires off in one week less than 100 miles and the refuse to take them backBusiness Response

I ordered tires from Giga tires on 6/13/2025. I received them on 6/16/2025. The tires are for a motorhome. Commercial tires have a DOT date on them. The tires they sent are already almost a year and a half old. Dates were 0224 and 0324. Motorhome tires have to be replaced every 5-7years. So thats already taken almost 25% off the lifespan of the tires. I called the company to see about getting tires that are newer at least 6 months or newer. She stated that they can't guarantee that the tires will be newer if I reorder tires. She also stated that if they are at least under 3 years that they will be fine. That would be almost half the life of the tires. I asked about getting a discount on the tires hoping for at least 35% as the tires are already at 25% of the life of the tire. She stated no they couldn't do them on these tires and the most they could do is 5% buy I'd have to reorder new tires in order to do that. Also everytime I call this company I am told the wait time is ***** minutes which is ridiculous for a company. Ive called them 3 times and everytime there is a long wait. This last time I called I was told that it would be a ***** minute wait. It ended up being almost an hour wait. I would like to either receive newer tires or get at least a 35% discount. Tires shouldn't be that old already when received.Business Response

As our customer service representative explained, all of our tires are brand new and stored to ensure they remain in excellent condition until they are sold. The *** dates you received, 0224 and 0324, are well within industry guidelines. Most manufacturers and tire experts consider tires less than three years old to be new and completely safe for use, especially when stored properly.
If the tires have not yet been mounted, you are welcome to return them. We will be glad to assist you with the return process. Please note that we are not able to guarantee more recent *** dates on replacement orders due to how inventory is managed.
We also apologize for the long phone wait times. We recognize how important your time is and are actively working to improve call response times and the overall customer experience.

Gigatires, LLC To: Returns/Warranty/Management DepartmentsHello,On 5/16/2025 I placed an order(94251280) for (4) Prinx R/T 295/60/20 tires. They were delivered to your contracted installer TireChoice for installation. The installer stated that 3 of the 4 tires could not be balanced and were out of spec and that I would need to work it out with Giga-Tires directly. Giga Tires customer service could not answer whether I would be reimbursed if I spent another $150 to have them reinstall my original tires. Giga Tires customer service also couldnt tell me if I would be sent replacements or if they would issue a refund which would be less the shipping I paid. I decided it didnt make financial sense to do either option. On 5/27/25 I took my vehicle to an offroad shop that specialized in offroad tires and uses a Road Force tire balancer. After spending another $140+tax they indexed all 4 tires and two were found to be out of spec and could not be balanced causing severe vibration at 55+ mph. I have attached their report and the inspection report from TireChoice. At this point Im requesting you choose one of the following options or Im going to dispute this purchase with my credit card company. I purchased four NEW tires that should be in good working condition and I received 2 defective tires from Giga Tires. Option #1 -Refund 50% of my purchase price in the amount of $414.46 plus half of the second installation cost I spent of $74.90 for a total of $489.36 Option #2 -Send (2) replacement tires to Suncoast Customs and a shipping label to return the two defective tires to Giga Tires as a warranty claim. The replacement tires must be sent before the defective tires can be mailed back as they are on my vehicle currently.Business Response

I ordered 4 Bridgestone Turanza LS100 tires for $81.18 each from Giga Tires on May 1, 2025. The order was confirmed, and tracking numbers were issued. The following day, the order was canceled, citing out of stock. However, the same product reappeared on their site listed as in stock at $164.82 per tire nearly double the price.I emailed requesting that the original price be honored, but they never responded despite their 48-hour reply policy. This appears to be a bait-and-switch pricing tactic and is deceptive and unacceptable.Business Response
