  There is no job security please people who are trying to apply to this job note that they do not care about the employment or employees. I was recently let go due to there negligence of scheduling me on time on top of being discriminated for being pregnant and having doctors appointments this company does not care about your well-being. Does not care about you and if they want to let you go, they will with little to no evidence they make you do all the work also was being paid late and not being paid at all for some of the time I did please change your mind if you plan to apply for this company this company is not going to care about you. This company is just going to let you go and say its fair. There is no stability here there is no fairness here. There is lots of discrimination so please do not apply for this job.

  ** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ***This is the worst ABA experience I have ever had. A representative never came to my home after being on the waiting list for over a year. I filled out all my paperwork was assigned a case manager and given my parental login information. When it finally came time for a therapist to come to my home I received an email stating that they could not service ***** explanation was given, not even a phone call from the case manager! I responded back asking for someone to call me. My insurance already approved services. I am extremely upset and disappointed at their lack of professionalism. Not only did they waste my time but I filled out personal information regarding myself and children. No one should be treated this way. I am following up with my lawyer they cannot continue to get away with this kind of service treatment. True definition of discrimination! Please do not work with this company, they truly should not be in business at all.

  This company is awful and needs to go out of business. For one they wasted 5 months of my time. The staff they have are incompetent. They ask you to complete all these questionnaires and provide all this paperwork just to not even read your child's files. The *** techs are not trained. The *** case managers don't even know how to gather requirements or do any administrative task correctly. They were late coming to my house to observe my son. They aren't friendly. When the *** case manager did come to my home, she asked that I give her 2 hours and yet she stayed for only 40 minutes. After coming to my home, they said I would know something in 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks, and she tells me in email that my son needs 30 hours, and I am only willing to do 15 because he is in school and that they are closing his file. All of this without even going over his report with me. She knew my son was in school 5 months ago. I explained from the very beginning on how I had no intentions of taking him out of school since he was thriving there. I was only looking for *** therapy for after school and weekends. If she would have read my son's diagnosis report and school IEP that I sent her, along with the questionnaires I completed she would of had a pretty good idea of where he was already. Therefore, letting me know in advance if this would work out or not. My son is considered mild-moderately autistic asking for 30 hours is a stretch and they only care about getting, as much money that they can out of insurance. The district management is the worst. I asked for her to follow up with me and she couldn't even take 5-10mins out of her day to call me. Instead, she offered something 3 days later. They also use discriminating words against people with disabilities telling you your child has all these "deficits". They were just awful to deal with and if you have a special needs child please stay far away from this organization. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

  Therapist assigned to my boy was perfect. My boy loved her. Her supervisors were the worst. Her immediate supervisor insisted on going to the school and made his experience miserable. When I went up the chain, including Compliance and the **** my concerns fell on deaf ears. No response to multiple emails and then the secondary supervisor informed us that my wife violated their scheduling policy and gave us 30 days notice. This company is similar to dealing with a governmental agency. You pay them and they bureaucratically beat you to submission. There is ZERO accountability from the top down. Run.
