    I ordered 4 packs of facial cloths from Uoma Beauty in November of 2023 for a total cost of $29.91. They were never shipped. After trying to remedy with them it was clear nothing was going to happen so I wrote it off and never thought to report it, until now. In January of this year (2025) Uoma emailed me to ask for an address to ship my order to. I replied that the original address I ordered with was fine. I received nothing from Jan-early March, until I get two tracking emails in March. One is tracking from **** but then within a few hours I see that it is canceled in their system. The second tracking is coming from ********** and is showing the original face cloth order and two free samples. I received a package last week that contained two tiny samples and NO face cloths. I emailed again to ask what was up and I have heard nothing back. I asked for an immediate refund. UOMA Beauty itself picked this back up in January and because they reopened this I am seeking the BBB help. This is a horrible company that unfortunately made good products that can seemingly no longer be obtained. Please help rectify this.

    I ordered a bronzer from Ouma Beauty back in November (11/05/2023) and it was never shipped to me. I emailed their help email address multiple times without any response. I never even received a shipping email so I dont think they shipped it. I have since moved from the apartment I was living at. I only want my money refunded at this point. The confirmation is #UB65942 and I paid $30.95

    I purchased the product "Black Magic Hypnotic Impact High Shine Lipstick Mini" in the shade "FEMINIST" from the Uoma Beauty website on November 1, 2023. My order number was #UB65902. I have not received any updates or communication since then and never received my item or a refund, which I requested multiple times with no response. I also need a refund of the shipping cost. The item was $15.00, I paid $13.50 as it was on sale, the shipping was 5.95, for a total of $19.45. I stumbled across a Reddit thread that claimed that Uoma Beauty has been doing this -- taking money but not fulfilling orders -- since at least August 14, 2023.     Hello:On November 24th, I made a purchase on the **** website, and received the following response: THANKS FOR PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH UOMA BEAUTY!Due to the ongoing issues in global logistics, our carriers are experiencing delays and our ship time may be increased from the usual 3-5 days over this period.Hello Beautiful,Your order #UB66104 is confirmed!We know you will be delighted with your choice of product but wanted to let you know due to the high demand of our product right now there will be a short delay in shipping your order. Please be assured we will do all we can to get your products to you ASAP.Once it ships, we will update you with your tracking number.Today is 1/4/24 - I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company on four separate occasions and have yet to even receive a response. The company's website is no longer working and it has been sold apparently to Dermstore according to Wikipedia I requested a refund and they have not responded to one email.
