    This company has been unreachable and given numerous other 3rd party numbers that also are unreachable. I ordered a weekend bag November 29 ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* 2 days it's been 16 days and no merchandise. All the 800 numbers do not connect they go dead. And l paid for package insurance but that site doesn't work either.

    Email stated it was delivered but nowhere to be found. Requested a refund or replacement and was told I needed to install an application on my phone. Total BS

    WORST LUGGAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had over 1000 points in the rewards system accumulated, but unfortunately, I was hospitalized and could not use my points within the time frame they give of six months. I emailed customer service to see if I can get at least partial of the rewards that I accumulated from purchases I made, and they were not helpful at all. They dont care about their customers, they dont care about the quality, and truly I know this company wont make it far. Brands that have lasted centuries is in part due to their amazing customer service and this is not one of them. Any other company would understand that life happens and could have taken this opportunity to help a loyal customer who had bought many ******** a loyal customer that I had been, any type of reward back/ partial points given back wouldve been greatly appreciated. However, they simply dont care. Noted Beis/ **** ******** but I know that with this continued frame of mind/ business practices - word of mouth will be spread and its only a matter of time before this brand ceases to exist.

    They will not honor their warranty. My daughter wanted one of their bags for her birthday. I went to the Beis website but it was sold out. I noticed a store locator button on the bottom of their website where you can purchase the bag in store. I was able to find one from Anthropologie. I ordered the bag and about 2 months later the zipper broke. I went the ***** website and I saw that they have a lifetime warranty on their bags and one of the issues that they warranty is zippers. I put in a claim only to be told that they will not warranty the item because I purchased it from one of their retailers that they recommended on their website. No where under the warranty does it say that they will not honor the warranty if purchased from an outside retailer. They in fact were the ones that recommended this store retailer on their website. My daughter likes the bag and wants to keep it but we just want the bag repaired as she uses it for work in ***. How can you not honor a warranty from a retailer that you recommend on your website and at the same time not inform the buyer that by doing so this voids your warranty. Seems like unfair business practice.

    Ive been trying to get a label sent to me to return 2 unused items . I contacted this company for over a week. Their site refuses to send a label offering only an error message for 3 days. Then I emailed..it took 2 days to get back to me the first time asking again for photos Id already sent them proving the items are unused. Its been 3 more days and still no one will send me a label to even return these items. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Hopefully I can get this bag returned before their 45 day return window.

    WORST LUGGAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I bought luggage for my wife for our overseas trip. When we got the luggage we put in the code to lock the luggage on both pieces and it locked and then we opened it fine. When we came home from overseas trip one of the pieces would not unlock. We tried to reset the lock but that did not work. We emailed different people at customer service and all they did was send us the reset instructions we found on line... which did not work... After 7 emails to different customer service people who gave us nothing but "reset the lock" instructions their response to us is to us is take it to the airport to a TSA agent and see if they will open it or maybe a locksmith can try to open it. Seriously that's my options. Even if they do open it now I have luggage that does not work after the 2nd try. Last email to them was 3 hours prior to them closing for the night lat night because I need to get my meds and no response. Looks like I need to pay a locksmith to open it, at a cost to me, and have a worthless un-lockable overpriced suitcase that I only used 1 time......If only **************** was more responsive or had an 800 number to call to resolve the problem this review would not have been written and I would have a suitcase that cost a lot of money that actually worked.BEWARE NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT

    Color is not as advertised! The "maple" color is more of a brown and not a terracotta as portrayed online. I contact customer support and they had a canned answer, "Due to monitor settings, digital photography, and slight product variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors. For best results, view this page with your color depth set to 16-bit (thousands of colors) or higher." However, after some more investigating it seems some folks do receive the maple color and other receive the brown. Not a consistent product. If you want a matching set, I'd avoid.

    Horrible customer service and product quality! Upon arrival of my brand new suitcase, I opened it to find black scuffs and marks on it. I contacted the customer service team who responded one time and then I never heard back from them. I have tried following up for over several months at this point and am still waiting to see if they will ever respond. For a company that claims they care about customer satisfaction and product quality, it sure has not lived up to its word.

    This is absolutely the worse luggage company to deal with. I received my item and I realized I ordered the wrong size (my fault). I didnt take the tags off or anything. I tried to process the return on the 16th of January. It stated that my item was not eligible for a return so I emailed them. It wasnt on sale or anything so I didnt understand why I could return/exchange it. I get a response asking for a picture which I sent immediately. I didnt hear anything for a day so I emailed back and I get an email asking for a picture again. I reply with I already emailed the picture. Finally on the 18th someone says the return portal has been reset. I was able to start the returnit then said it needed to be reviewed..2 weeks latermy return is still being reviewed! I tried to be really patient since Im thinking they may have a lot of exchanges to process. Anyway, I email them again and I get an email back asking me to send a picture?!!!! What is wrong with this company. My trip is coming up and I am still without the luggage bag I need! This is hands down one of the worst if not the worst luggage company. Zero communicationzero efficiencyzero customer service!
