    This is the biggest scam "insurance" ever, ridiculous premiums for them to do NOTHING. They "like to put the patient in the driver seat" I didn't ask to "drive" meaning... we do ALL the work, ALL, I pay a large premium, and am not in an insurance related field. So how is it ok for them to kick all this back to the patient, who doesnt understand and has paid for a service? It's not! I asked them directly what other than hitting reject do you do? Silence... I don't pay a premium to do the work for them!! Scam!!

Our *********** team is available seven days a week via phone and chat, and on your last call, they walked through exactly what was needed to process your expenses including offering to contact your providers directly. If theres anything else we can do, wed love to help.

    *********************** I have ever had. You do all the work. You upload the itemized invoice yourself then call into Sidecar Health weeks later to see why the claim wasn't paid or hasn't been processed yet. Then they make you look up codes yet. If this is your option say no. As soon as I can cancel I'm going to not worth the $300.00 I pay month to do all the work and for nothing to be covered.

    Sidecar is TRASH!!! If youd like to pay for an overpriced negotiating company here they are. If you were sold on them covering anything wrong!!! They tell you to look up the codes and shop around .that is only if the deductible has been met. An ER visit and childs sleep study your slapped with the whole thing besides what they negotiated it to. 6k thats not insurance. Steer clear from this company they sugar coat the sell then your ****** soon after you sign!

    Worst Ins. ******************* is nothing but c*** They expect you to pay the bills first and then send them an invoice to get reimburse. If I could cancel this insurance I would, but my employer did not give us any other options. If I could go any lower on the star rating, I would. Stay away from this insurance company. It absolutely *****.

    Our insurance plans do involve some work to identify the cost of care before receiving care and submitting invoices. With this, our members can know how much theyll owe or save before getting care so there are no surprises, which isn't always the case with health insurance. One of the aspects our members love most about Sidecar Health is that there are no network restrictions, therefore you're free to go to any location you choose.

    **************** is very limited, and doesn't reply with answers, just more questions. You have to know the cheat codes apparently to get an actionable response.Did i mention they are SLLLLOOOOOWWW.This health insurance policy is ridiculously difficult to navigate and unorganized. Now someone wants to deny a RX. I pay more in premiums than coverage I receive and the time I waste submitting receipts and invoices, and getting nothing but demands for more paperwork back. *******. I don't need a full time job working for my health insurance company just to access coverage.

    Total scam shop. It's great until you try to file a claim. I submitted my bill for blood work and medical records. They claimed that they did not receive my medical records even after the website showed that they had all been uploaded. They said that they needed a hippa form signed & that my doctors office didn't fax them the medical records. The medical records were already loaded on their website, but they kept claiming they didn't have then even after I sent them this information multiple times. You are better of as a self pay.
