Business is a scam operation and is not a true business entity. There is no way to contact support to deal with issues because support takes you to the main screen on their homepage. This company has been stealing money from my bank account for the last 2 months. I live nowhere near *********************, I live in *****. I've had to change my banking information because of it. A company called YCBEFcs charged me and it showed up in my bank as a pre authorization fee. I have no idea what they are except that they are exercise. I am a senior citizen. I dont even know what it going on. Because along with that charge another exercise company in ********** tried to charge me for $29.99 for something they are explosive exercises.com that I received on my phone with the charge and I canceled it somehow I think that worked. But along the way of this mess my bank was to stop account and reissue a debit card. Somehow that didnt happen either I reported them to *** internet fraud division along with the explosive exercise place. I have no idea what I am suppose to do I dont have thousands of dollars. I need somebody to step in and fix this and help others who are affected by this company and the other fitness companiies Is business so bad that they illegaly charge senior citizens with this mess. And then banks come along and make it worse by paying the authorization fee to say its ok.Initial Complaint

This "business" charged me $29.99 on Oct 28, 2023 for a subscription for which I never signed up. I called them on Nov 3, 2023, and they promised me a refund. I just realized that they never refunded my money. I called them today, Jan 20 and was told my credit card refund wouldn't go through. That's the first time any business has had an issue processing a refund on my credit card. Now I've been told that someone will call me within the next ***** hours. I'll be surprised if that happens. There are monthly charges to my credit card account that I have not authorized. When I called the number listed on my credit card statement the customer service person told me that it was for a Fit Cardio Girl membership from a company in **********. They told me that they could see that I have not activated the membership. I have disputed the charges to my credit card company as well. (Synchrony ***** ************** told me companies as this will charge your card $1 for one month and then if it's not caught they will charge the full amount of $59.99. The phone number provided was supposedly a 3rd party customer service agency. They were able to provide to me the address I provided in the complaint.Initial Complaint

On 12/10/23, I participated in an online contest through ******** for a local theater named **************** in ***********, **. They are doing a 12 day of ****************** ticket giveaway. I responded to their question about a favorite holiday to be entered. This company, you can fit too, pretended to be **************** and told me I won the tickets. They copied the format and stole ******** profile image to look legit and the took me to a link that was not ******** but pretended to be. I thought I was registering an account with ********. After giving credit card info, it took me to a different screen and asked for all my private banking information again. I knew right then this was all a scam and did not complete the second step but it already charged me $1 and says if I dont cancel in 24 hours, it will bill me $59.99 a month. I tried to block it and cancel on this companys website but I dont have any confidence it will work as this is so predatory and a scam. They also never sent me an email or any way to cancel the 24 hour trial membership that I signed up for, thinking I was creating an account to ******** Theater. Help pleaseInitial Complaint

ON 11/11/22 I WAS SEARCHING FOR A WAY TO WATCH A HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL GAME; I WAS REDIRECTED TO A ******* CHANNEL TO SUBSCRIBE TO FOR $1; I SIGNED UP TO USE THE CHANNEL BUT DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION. THE NEXT DAY I WAS CHARGED $1 FOR THE ***** AND THEN $59.99 BY YCBEFT.COM FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I HAVE SINCE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL AND PHONE - EMAIL IS RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE AND PHONE NUMBER JUST BEEPS AS THOUGH IT IS DISCONNECTED. I WAS ABLE TO LOG INTO AN "ACCOUNT" THAT THEY CREATED FOR ME AND I THINK I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL THE FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTION BUT NO CONFIRMATION OF THAT.
