      I have all but jumped through hoops with them trying to get a warranty replacement for a defective product that is still under manufacturer warranty. Finally, after a month of back and forth on their user UNfriendly chat platform, they ok'd the replacement. I sent in photos of all appropriate documentation and they even had me to cut the cord in half and send a picture of that too. When my replacement finally arrives, they sent the wrong replacement which did not include the actual cord only the car adapter. I sent them pictures of both boxes side by side and the difference is clear and right there in black and white! Most people probably get so frustrated they just do not want to deal with them and just buy a new one and Belkin probably doesn't have to worry about backing up their 1 year manufacter warranty which should be easy to do when you spend *** on a car charger and cord. My case has now been escalated to another team. Maybe by this time next year they will make it right.

      Original request ***** to get my warranty for the screen protector. Please see the emails... I got ***** the wrong screen protector. I called today and the guy told me that the correct one is out of stock and I have to wait probably like an extra month. My iPhone doesn't have screen protector since the replacement was shipped (I didn't expect to get the wrong one) and with all of this bad customer service experience they told me that they don't do compensation. He offered me the money back but if I accepted they wouldn't send me the replacement. THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY. There is a reason why I spent almost *** in their screen protector and they are not honoring their advertising. I would like to have my screen protector (they can call apple and I can go there to just have a new one instead of waiting months) and the refund (just because they don't compensate customer for this terrible experience)

      On March 11, 2021 I purchased the Belkin Thunderbolt Dock 3 Dock Pro from Amazon. I have it connected to a Mac Mini M1, Dell U3421WE monitor, and Logitech webcam. Since I first connected the unit it becomes very hot within 30 minutes and stays hot the entire time the computer is on. If I turn off the computer then the unit temperature returns to normal. I called Belkin technical support and they said this was the first complaint they have heard about this unit becoming hot. When I search the internet, and look at reviews from retailers this is a common issue and many have stated they reported the issue to Belkin so I find it problematic that tech support claims this is the first time they heard about it.
