    Ordered on 12/06/2024, and as of 01/03/2025 have not received item. Emailed customer service and received a reply stating that I would be contacted within ***** hours. No contact from company.

    I placed an order on 12/02/2024. As of 12/11/2024, the order hasnt even been processed. Im also unable to track the order effectively. The cancellation request portion of the website just redirects me to the top of the webpage with no option to cancel order. In addition, the company operates under false pretenses. They are advertised as a company based in the *************, but a little more digging reveals them to be in *********.

    I placed Order #AN54126 on 03/01 for the amount of $350.99. They said they ship in 4-12 business days. As of this complaint I have not received anything I ordered. I have contacted the company several times by email only to receive a message that they will check on it. I don't get a response until I contact them again with the same response, they will check on it. I am starting to believe the company is a scam.

    I only received one of the items I ordered. The other $147.00 item is no where. There phone number just rings busy and no response to my fourth email

    I ordered 2 items on September 29, 2023. To date I have only received 1 item. Anavrin has stopped responding to my requests for information or refund of the $149 the item cost plus shipping handling and taxes. I would either like the item or a refund.

    I placed an order for a craft item with this company on May 30th. The amount was for ******. They deducted the money from my account on that day and issued me a tracking number with ***** The tracking number is: **********************. I have not received my item yet. When you inquire by tracking number it states the item has not been delivered by the shipper yet. I have contacted them by email, ******** messenger, I initiated a complaint within PayPal, and the phone number when called states no one is available at this time. The few times they responded they told me to be patient and the item has been shipped which is not the case. I have asked for an exact location of my item and I get no answer. I have asked for a refund and I get no answer no my very direct questions. I am wanting them to be accountable and issue me a refund,
