Not everything you see on Epoxy Armor Systems website appears promising. Overall, this company fails to deliver in many levels such as quality, workmanship, agreements, customer service and being faithful to an advertised warranty. Quality: Epoxy Armor claims they are about doing quality work but what does quality work mean to this company. It means doing a quick job, not a quality job. Their goal is to service your home in less than 2-3 hours and move on to the next project. Basically, you are just a number to a work order.Workmanship: Prior to my service date on 10-14-2021. I was instructed by the office to empty out my garage but dont do any cleaning. The problem with this instruction is, I didn't expect that Epoxy Armor installers will only vacuum the flat concrete slab that they grind. As for high surface areas, these installers will just paint and flake over any existing debris, settle dirt, dust and etc. While grinding, the installers didnt even check if the concrete slabs were level. When applying the primer for the flakes, they worked in a nonchalant way which later resulted in a failure in material. Not to mention, these installers had downtimes to slack off but to do a proper cleaning so the materials can bond properly. This is not their priority. I mean, the installers were so unprofessional on the first day. They couldnt even clean after their own work. They sweep all the excessive flakes into my driveway on a windy day and allowed the wind to blow it everywhere.Work Order Agreement: In my work order, Epoxy Armor had agreed to repair concrete chips and cracks. During my service date, I brought this to the senior installer attention. He denied this was part of the job but says dont worry the epoxy will fill in the concrete slab.Customer Service: It is sad and basically pointless to raise a concern to a narcissistic company. Rather than apologizing and reassuring customer that it wont happen again. The office will tell you they believe in the workmanship of their installers. Which tells you, they dont have the basic fundamental of empathy and apologizing skills. It also tells you, Epoxy Armor dont have a backbone to take ownership of mistakes. Lets just say, I even sent an email requesting for a managers contact and the office refused to offer this information.Warranty: If you read carefully, the site states their work is guaranteed to last a lifetime. Yes, a lifetime if you only walk on it. It also states, the warranty will cover you for as long as you own your home. What it doesnt tell you is, there are a lot of stipulations, clauses and fine prints to what it will cover. This is to protect Epoxy Armor against future claims. Another shady clause is the 15 year pro-ration in the warranty. Which mean, if Epoxy Armor materials fail to bond by itself within the 15 years there is a pro-rated charge to customer for repairs. ********************************************* wants you to believe that management will work with you in the future on these warranty clauses. Again, a very skeptical company that wont disclose this full information to you when you inquire about their service. In the end, they do know how to call when its time to collect a payment but they cant even do a service call to check if customers is actually satisfy with their service.
