On 7/7/2023 I aproach to Jaca transport llc DOT # ******* ( they advertise this company on ******** as ********)With the intention of get their services that they suppose provide training to get CDL commercial, they offer UNLIMITED TRAINING WITH AN INSTRUCTOR wich never happens, they said that they can certify me for hrs request by ************ however they never shpw me proof that my hours where certify ( they just randomly create a false statement of my driving hours)As they state that I dont have to worry about it that they will take care of me with said certification on what I respond that I dont want anything for free that im actually want to get train by an instructor ( wich never happens) they offer services as a training center, however, training installations are not fully equipe ( no restrooms on site, no shade, no suficient trucks or trailers for the service that I pay and no certify instructors) after couple of days I notice that they always have an excuse to train me they never have the time to teach me anything, because the lack of equipment and lack of instructor ( most of the time we are alone on the " TRAINING FACILITIE") so I went back to ************************ to ask for a fully refund as they never gave me the service that they advertise, she answer with a hard " I invest your money already and no refund will be issue", bottom line just want to get my money back and make an statement of the bad practices that this "TRAINING CENTER" offers, as they dont even have a way to proof that I was there ( NO SIGN IN SHEET, NO ELD DEVICES, NO PHYSICAL LOG BOOKS, NO SAFETY EQUIPMENT, ETC) I want to say that this company run by ******************* is fraudulent and unprofessional, also they have another name listed on TPR as *************************** doing bussines as ******* provider with comoany CENTINELA TRUCKING LLC DOT# ******* I request an investigation of the shady bussines that they have, thanks.
