    I had *** membership and requested service for towing on or around August 24, 2024, during the evening. I was in *********, **. *** dispatched to this company. I asked *** in advance that theres two (2) occupants that need a ride with the servicer and AAA notated my file and granted my request. A male agent, arrived and hooked up my vehicle to his truck. We were cordial and had a good conversation. He told me he was a newer employee. He asked me if Im ready to leave. I responded that my passenger is coming with us. He refused and said he can only take one (1) passenger. He then refused service altogether and left. He was unapologetic. It was then brought to my attention that he informed *** he refused service due to my behavior. However, about two hours later of waiting, a AAA supervisor called me and said the same exact service driver said if I and my passenger are ready, h*** pick us up. This is proof there was nothing wrong with my behavior, moreover, I have a front and back dash cam recorder with night vision and audio to prove that my behavior was professional at all times. Because of this male driver, I was stranded all night. I seek to hold this company accountable and will follow up with valid complaints with federal and state regulators.

    This was not a proper response. The service date was in my complaint. The burden of research is not on the consumer.

    This towing company was dispatched by triple AAA to tow my car when I had a flat tire. A employee showed up to tow my car and for some reason was using 2 x 4 's to put the car on the tow. When he was lifting it somehow snapped and flew high in the air and came down and damaged my tail light. After speaking to the company after triple aaa directed me too the manager ***** said he would take pictures and order a tail light for me. It has since been 3 weeks and I have left over 4 messages and have not gotten a call back. I tried to be reasonable and deal with them directly but now they are being shady. One of my friends was with me when it happened and witnessed everything as well.

    I have previously filed a BBB complaint for the damage to my car done in January of this year. The company stated they sent a reimbursement check to me for the cost to repair my car but it never came. I have tried to contact the company many more times but have not received response. I would like to know where to pick up my reimbursement check as mailing it to me has not been successful.

    My vehicle needed a tow because of a dead alternator on 1/2/2022. I used AAA for the tow and they sent C&D towing. My drivers name was ******. When the driver showed up he tried to pick my car up by the back tires and dropped it, popping my rear driver side tire. He continued to hook up the car and tow it back to my house on its drive tires (VERY unprofessional). When we returned to my residence he tried to say that the tire was already popped when he got there, which it was not. He ended up replacing the tire after me hassling him for 20 minutes. I inspected my car for other damage later that evening and I found that he had bent a part of my rear suspension. I have been trying to contact the company for 6+ months now to get my car fixed and I have been blatantly ignored. The woman who answers the phone is aggressively rude. I have left many messages for the manager. After 2 months of phone calls, they finally sent a manager (*****) to look at my car and he said he would order the parts to repair it. He has since ignored all my phone calls and text messages. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    I have not been contacted by the business. The BBB only gave me a 5 day window to reject or accept the response,  which ends today. I am still willing to resolve this issue if the company reaches out to me.

    The contact information is correct. I have sent my receipts to ***** and he said they would be writing me a check. I have not gotten any more information on where and when to pick it up.
