9/30/22 I called for plumbing service. The issues at hand are hidden fees/charges, not providing disclosure agreements, and poor customer service. On 10/3/22, the accounting representative was defiant and argumentative. I was trying to get an understanding and also convey my concerns. It sounded like her name was "Bobina". She would not listen to my concerns and was adamant I was wrong and she was right. I was looking for a resolution or at least an understanding of the hidden charges/fees as well as the invoice that was sent to me. The invoice was not itemized but only included her total. Initially, when I scheduled for a plumbing estimate, I was told the estimate is free; however, "******" expressed the customer is charged once the plumber leaves their office and not after the "free estimate" is issued. I was questioning the labor charges because if the plumber arrived at my residence at 11:30 am and left at 2:30 pm that would be 3 hours. Let's not forget that the plumber left between that time to get materials. I was not provided any information that labor included time accrued for going to get materials. She told me if the estimate says 4 hours, then that is what the customer pays regardless of the actual time it took to start and complete the job. I disagree especially since it was not expressed. The customer has the right to know ahead of time what they are expected to pay. This would be considered hidden charges/fees; however, they were not listed anywhere on the work order/estimate. The total included an erroneous amount which was not listed on the invoice at the time the credit card payment was provided. I was able to get the erroneous amount removed from the total; however, I am still concerned about the total hours of labor being charged. Since I was not able to come to an amicable resolution with the Accounting representative. I called back, spoke to ***** to obtain the owner's name and phone number. I was denied my request.
