On October 13th, 2022 an Amazon truck struck our roll up gate for our apartment community. We contacted Access Professional Systems (APS) for an emergency call to assess for repairs. They arrived promptly to assess the damage and provided a quote for repair. We signed the paperwork and were assured of the order by October 31st, 2022. After many calls and no updates, we finally had an installation date of December 23rd, 2022. On December 23rd, the repair technicians found additional damage, could not complete the repair as expected and said someone would be in contact to schedule another day because they needed additional materials and equipment. It has now been 3 weeks and I have left 3 messages and sent 6 emails with no reply from anyone at this company. We had a signed contract and then no contact at all. Our main concern is that we can not reach this company. We understand the need for additional material but with this contract we are worried to even seek assistance from a new company because we don't want to have to pay a restocking fee. We don't know how else to go about this as we have been ignored repeatedly.
