Have been going to this car wash for years now. Back in April of 2022 went to get my car washed and selected the *************** Was told by attendant that the Lava wax was not working and neither was the track that pulls the cars through. He said they had been waiting on parts for about 6 months.The Luxury wash was the one that included the Lava wax. Elected for the Service that was one less than the Luxury. Went in today (7/21/2022) and figuring it had been repaired since April, I asked for the *************** He wrote it down and said nothing about the Lava wax. I asked if the Lava wax was working now. He turned and walked away. Figured it would be working I walked away. Inside I view my vehicle going through the wash and noticed someone in my car driving it through the tunnel. Same as was being done in April of this year. Also noticed that nothing came out of the wax jets as my car passed under them. Went to the counter to ask if the lava Wax was still down. He said yes, they were still waiting on parts. Told him I had paid for the ************** and was not getting it and wanted a refund. He said I would have to talk to someone else as that was not his job. Never found anyone to help me. Word to the wise, don't get the ************** its a rip off !
