    On January 28th, 2022, I was hit by a semi truck owned by C.R. England, after the adjuster saw the damaged they determined the accident was 100% their fault. I took my car to SD Auto Image and paid them $7,500 for the repairs, after 5 months no work was performed on the car. I took my car back from a third party shop that was holding my car due to non payment. I paid $450 out of my pocket to recover possession of my car. After a month, I asked them for a refund and they have completely refused to give me any communication or money. I will be proceeding to take them to court and press legal action. Attached below is the agreement that was reached between myself and the SD Auto Image Owner. This was not honored by SD Auto Image.

    I took my benz to get serviced 8/1/2021 at SD Auto Image I paid in full they told me they would have it ready within 2 weeks well 2 weeks became 2 I called and asked them if they were done. November came and I went to pick up the paint was scratched all the decals were missing and the upholstery had not been finished, So I left again and they said they would bring it to my house personally as soon as they finished . The car came home in February I took it back because it seemed like they were avoiding me, Numerous calls were made to see when we can pick up today they finally called us at about 2;30 to tell us that the car would be ready at this point I was just determined to get my car back report them to BBB and take them to small claims court, This has been a disaster experience ...all the time spent calling them , wouldn't answer my calls I drive a truck and with gas prices it would have been nice to drive my 2 door coupe save hundreds of dollars. There was a mechanic failure he said he had to get the mechanic to fix it so he was going to charge me another 300 for that repair. I was like wow really I should charge him for keeping my car for 8 months in his shop
