            BBB unable to locate business
            Our computer seemed to get a virus over a year ago, a phone number appeared saying they were Microsoft. My granddaughter called it. Says they were Webshore Services.. They said they could get into the computer and fix it remotely. Charged me over $200. It happened again a few months ago. They said I couldn't use my debit card to pay them because my computer had another virus. The guy, **** *** was upset , saying I had to pay him, to buy a target gift card to pay him. Then he said it didn't work. I told him to ca ncel service and don't call me again. He kept calling and I wouldn't answer. Now two days ago, July 11, 2022, he's calling again. He called my granddaughters number and was asking sexual questions. She's 16. I need help from somebody who can call his phone, I have the number he called from ***. *** ****. El Cajon, California. I don't want anything to do with their company, and I don't want to hear from them. This guy has an Indian accent. We also blocked his phonecalls. I really just want any access to our computer stopped. Thank you.
