    I went to this buSiness 3 4 permanent eyebrows. She assured me each time that I just needed a touch up and it would look better after 3 sessions. The final product looks horrible. One eyebrow is thinner than the other 1 and it's very splochy on the right side and thicker and the ink did not stay on the left side.. I now need to pay more money to have the tattoo removed and fixed elsewhere. I communicated.I was not happy with the final product and requested.Refund .The owner denied my request.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,


    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted against my business, Crescent Brow Bar, a licensed and insured microblading studio specializing in semi-permanent cosmetic procedures. The individual who submitted the complaint received a microblading service at my studio. Prior to the procedure, I explained that certain skin typesparticularly those that are very oily or prone to excessive bleedingmay not retain pigment well, and that results can vary significantly based various factors such as skin condition and post-care. These points were not only explained verbally but also clearly outlined in the mandatory consent form, which the client reviewed and signed prior to treatment.

    The consent form includes the following provisions:

    -Outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to individual differences in skin biology and healing response.
    -Excessive bleeding or oily skin can cause pigment loss  during the healing process.
    -Refunds are not issued for services rendered, regardless of outcome, as is common practice in the cosmetic tattooing industry.


    Despite following proper procedure and disclosing all pertinent information in advance, the client experienced partial pigment loss following the initial treatmentan outcome that can unfortunately sometimes occur with her skin type. In good faith and as a gesture of customer service, I offered a complimentary third touch-up session (beyond what is typically included), dedicating additional hours of work and materials to try to help her achieve a better result.


    Unfortunately, due to her skins characteristics, the pigment again did not fully retain. When she demanded a full refund, I had to decline, as the service had been provided in accordance with all industry standards, informed consent had been given, and I had already gone beyond the standard service expectations. I take pride in running an honest  business and in treating every client with respect and integrity. I regret that this client was not satisfied with the final results, but I stand by the work performed, the information provided, and the policies she agreed to in writing. I have attached excerpts from the contract form, excluding any fields that might disclose any sensitive information of the client's.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This woman ruined my face! It's not even near acceptable.  I'm going to sue in court this has caused me mental anguish as my physical appearance is now ruined because of what this woman did to my face. I want a full refund for service or the next step will be to contact a lawyer and sue this company for **** more than the money I paid for the service.  This needs to be removed and redone.  This business should be shut down!
