Yes, we are the only ones to blame..We still go to ****, even though we should not. I would give zero stars if possible. **** is terrible, almost every **** is terrible. No customer service, no staff, no clue about anything. Every customer seems to be a potential thief for those associates. And yes, I also was followed by an female employee, at the store at ************* ***************, **.When it was my turn at the checkout/ return counter, this Lady called no no no, you will come to me.the other register was free, and wanted to check me out. She was not allowed - I had to deal with that ****** rude, unreasonably acting employee. I later learned she was NOT the manager, who later showed up as well. In a very nice manner, the manager ( very young and ***** ) told me, they cannot accepts returns with a slightly ripped tag. I never ever heard that before.Tags are NOT matching the items, tags also dont match the description on the receipt. Tags are not matching the size of the items.But I was told more than once, the tag wouldnt be important at all, just the receipt.I politely suggested, they should check and compare at the time of purchase..That store at ************* in ***************, refused my return- because the tag was ripped just a little bit. They kinda accused me of trying to betray.Hm..firstly the tag is NOT important (so I was told ) secondly everything was matching correctly. Thirdly a tag is often ripped of the product BY their own employees- just while taking off their security devices.Sometimes the tag gets lost at the register ( for above mentioned reasons) or even when home, trying cloth on. Lastly the next store had no issues with my correct returnsRoss has 100 cameras ish per store, and have up to 2-3 loss prevention guys..so why are they obsessed with thinking everybody is stealing ? Empty shelves, dirty stores, not properly organized racks - wrong tags on cloth.Managements need to change - in ALL stores.Review from Randy D

Racially profiled at their **********, ** location today by a Loss Prevention employee. His name is *** and he made me feel uncomfortable for 1, why is a loss prevention person asking if I need help looking for anything. And 2, why are you solely focusing on me ( a black person ) when there were other customers in the same spot, but you figured I needed some assistance. I wonder how many customers were profiled at this location because if it can happen to me, it can happen to many other customers. And I'm sure this can go as far as a lawsuit. ****, do something about this before it gets out of hand or I involve consumer affairs.Review from Erika C

Tags dont match the item youre purchasing and it makes it difficult for the customer to return items. They have twisted return policies and their computer systems are always malfunctioning. ***** number is just as poorly trained as anyone inside a retail store. Depending on the area Im in Ive also been forced by employees to purchase items for the homeless who go inside Ross stores to harass customers instead of asking them to leave.Review from Zasiah P

The store in *** on ******* off ****. Needs better management and staff. The Hispanic manager allows the Hispanic customers to steal. Even the loss prevention guy turns a blind eye to the Hispanic thieves. Meanwhile they harass other races. I couldnt even get a bag for my items that I bought. It took every thing in me not to flip out because of the disrespect from the daytime manager.Review from Joselynn P

Horrible customer service made a complaint about 2 employees who had a very bad attitude. One of my shirts did not have a price and the lady just made up a price. I asked her to go and check. She said no you go check I said its in the **** rack she said well then go find it. So I did the price they told me was **** for a shirt that cost 799. I did make a complaint to the manager and she did not Want to resolve the issue made other employees deal with the problem so unprofessional to be ripping off people because they dont want to look for the tag. Around 4:30 today at **** I was harassed by a female telling me what i buy has to impress men by being better than their mothers for them to feel safe or they will f*** swedish candy on me with black women that eat it to say their crotch is better than yours and do their womens a** to my boyfriend and his money in hispanic a** talk over money. They Also said to use my mothers aging on my shoes unless I smoke to ****** paying dicks to help improve their farts while getting accustomed to white people through shoppingReview from James B

I went into **** this morning, it's black Friday and they have one cashier with 8 people on line. The store manager just stood there watching this poor woman kill herself working, I was so disgusted I just left my items and left the store. Worked with this employer and was a consumer at one point. BIG MISTAKE After beginning to work for the company immediately saw there were slot of disorganization and holes in their process and procedures. However the last straw was working and NEVER receiving pay contacted Manager **** who was very useless barely in the office then escalated to Legal team helper *************************** who became offended with me not remembering her name. A joke company and a joke of staff and Im 100% sure if any of these named employees had not been compensated for their labor they would be exhausted and highly upset as wellReview from Qg T

**** have a bad customer service and manager they so rude disrespect a customer so they try to hide all information so customer can not file any complain about them .
