I hired *** ******** ******* investigations on November 26/XX XXXX to help me with my brother. I gave him all info and his company was to look into a possible mortgage issue land a welfare check at his ***** December 6th 2021, I receive a call from ***'s ********** *** who states I never ******** their ******** because invoice was not paid. When I stated the invoice was paid, I have the receipt, ** hung up on me, avoided my calls back to him. Then ** called me back, acted like he never initially called me, ********* he wasnt aware of who I was, when confronted with evidence opposing his ********* he immediately said I needed to call ***. I want my money refunded, $618.00. I asked politely, *** said they would resend the report early this morning. Now at 7 pm, after stating I was filing a report with BBB, he is saying they are sending the info. I dont trust this report, I havent read this report due to lack of ****** I dont have ***** they followed through with the agreed upon deal of physical welfare check and mortgage ****** I am out of state and need a reliable ******* not from a company that wanted to be paid twice for a.job that ***** ******* according to ** at excell *************** Please help get my money back
