    I ordered the BioGS 2.0 Ultra Quiet Air Purifier - SPA-550A from Rabbit Air. The unit came shipped in the retail box, they didn't bother putting it into a shipping box, or even taping the box for that matter. The box was absolutely covered and caked in a thick dirt. Like it sat in a dirty warehouse for ages. Even after being shipped by *** and arriving, it was just caked in a thick silly layer of disgusting dirt. The *** guy was even saying how disgusting it was. There were holes in the box and it was so dirty I didn't even bother to unbox it. I notified them and requested a shipping label back to them. They wanted a picture. I sent a picture. They immediately apologized and said I could return it. But it's so disgusting I'm not putting it in my car. So now I have to waste my time and money, I have to wipe it down, rent a truck and return this disgusting box. Yes it's that bad and has holes it in, and a thick layer of disgusting sticky silt and dirt. Why in the world would you send this to a customer in this condition and then make them deal with cleaning up your mess. I'm not sure *** will even take it when I go there. It's that disgusting. This is what you can expect when you purchase an air filtration unit from Rabbit Air. Buyer beware.

    I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have two ********************** unit with the latest purchase of the newest model. I am a business owner and I use these units in my lounge and have referred many owners through the years to purchase these units for business and for personal use. I have contacted the sales department for two years now trying to become a retailer / reseller for the product and never received a response and have been in contact with customer service multiple times and they have forwarded my information over a few times. In my recent attempt and complaints to customer service rep I explained my frustration and forwarded over my old emails to have them follow up. I received an immediate response back to say "We have closed our dealer program for the year and ask that you please reach out to us next year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us." Service and response time was very difficult and for me to seek out for the dealer program for over two years and be turned away was very difficult to accept.
