I started doing business with this person. On jun. 11 2022 and ended on sunday july 31 2022. His name is johnny porras. I found his business on facebook marketplace. He has since deleted his account and profile on market place after I asked for a $1500 refund to repaint and fix my truck. He charged me a total of 3,500 dollars to paint my truck. He first quoted me $2900. I ended up paying $3500. I complained about the paint job and he had to repaint the truck. He also painted it black instead of silver (the color i originally wanted) because he didnt have money for paint after i had already given him all the money. So after the second time he painted my vehicle, the truck still had dents and paint on my windows and paint missing on spots. I then asked for a $1500 refund to fix and repaint my vehicle. He refused and insisted i persue a claim against him. He has now blocked my number and deleted his account on market place. He also refused to give me a receipt for the full amount claiming i " didnt ask for one and the deal is over". This person did fix some of my body work but not all which we had agreed ALL DENTS. He is very unprofesional and asks for money all the time without having work done and gets his personall life involved saying he needs to pay bills and blaming his economic hardship on deceased relatives.
