"Im surprised to see this has an A+ rating they purchased our old management company and everyone in our apartment complex has struggled ever since. The workers themselves seem to be friendly, but the place is always falling apart- Washers and driers always broken, A/C breaks 4-6 times per year, lights in the court stopped turning on so its too dark to see your own hand in front of you." ...
