    I ordered a cam shaft3-6-2023 was lyed to on 4 different e-mails about my order and cancelation and refund ...still havent heard anything positive...going to my credit card company next..Worst online experience I ever had.

    This is the worst company I have yet to deal with. Wheels were ordered and paid for. But they have not been shipped that was over a month ago.they will tell you they will contact you via email but never do ! I call and they dont return your calls. Do not use this company!

    I ordered 2 parts. Never received tracking numbers. Tried reaching out several times to cancle my order. They replied with warehouse and shipping delays. Well I didn't ask for tracking, I asked to cancle my order. After asking to cancle my order once more, weeks later, I got the same email reply. I still haven't recieved my parts or my money. It's been a month with no communication. Weird for parts that were "in-stock." I've filed several complaints, one to the BBB and to the ***** Internet Crimes deparent, under fraudulent companies. The story is longer than that which led me to filing these complaints, but you all get the idea.. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM danaport. They also run a ******** **** parts company, the name is slipping my mind right now. These people pay for advertising space on auto forms just to rip people off! These people need to be stopped!

    I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I spent almost $500 with these scammers! My order was placed 1/31/23. I had been told for 5 weeks that my part was being shipped out that Friday. Then they said the warehouse is working on it. Now they won't answer the phone, so I leave voicemails and messages and emails....no response whatsoever. To bad I had to give them one star, they don't even deserve that.

    BE CAREFUL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Is there 0 stars to choose from? I ordered a Bell helmet back in October 2022 from Dana Port Distribution with the delivery scheduled in 5 days. 5 days later I get an email stating my item is on back order and if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. I chose canceling the order and getting the refund. To this day (03/30/2023) I have not received my refund. There is no way to call this company. The listed phone number goes straight to voice message.

    I ordered two products from them on February 23, 2023. I received one of the two items. They used the same tracking info on both items but only shipped the less expensive item. This company is a scam company. They intentionally do not ship items and make you go through a credit card transaction dispute.

    i ordered a grille on march 11 2023 no tracking number very hard to reach these people it is now march 27 no part no refund i think this is a scam star rating of zero

    Ordered Tire Back In 2022. Got The Run Around About Back Order. Canceled Order For Refund. Still No Tire Or Refund. Made Numerous Phone Calls Left Massages. No Response. **************** email is Also No Help. No Response About Accounting Phone number or email address. Just Asking for Money Back That they Gladly Took Without Having Product Available.

    They got me too. I just filed a Cyber crime report on them with the *** and ************************ and suggest others also do so at ********************. Maybe enough reports will get their page removed at the very least to stop the bleeding of them robbing people. I will be contacting my credit union to try and recoup my lost funds as I realize now per the reviews that I'll never get my money back.
