    Total scam. I am out ******. Back order x 7 months, refund? Non existent. This is criminal. Will file a foal complaint with the ********** of ******** Affairs.

    STAY AWAY FROM *************. They are not an honest company They are Scammers. Order tires from this company two months ago Calling them emailing them nothing no Answer never returned any of my calls or emails. I canceled my order and never process A refund. Just giving me the runaround. Please stay away from this company and not do business with them you will get scam as I did.

    These people are a scam wish I had checked out reviews before making an order over $1200 they have scammed me out of I will be contacting the federal fraud division today and my card company I am definitely seeking criminal charges

    Buyer be aware!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM **** PORT.... They should be investigated and have their shady business license revoked.They are complete thieves. Like most of the other reviews on bbb, they told me my item was on back order. I was able to purchase from a reputable vendor who shipped next day. I canceled my order and was told I would receive a refund in 7 business days. When Most vendors process refunds, you normally receive the credit next business day. The order was from August 31st, and to this day 10/12/2022 I have still yet to receive my credit. I have contacted my Bank to investigate *************'s fraudulent processes. This company is shameful....

    AVOID THIS COMPANY: Same story as the rest of the reviews. Ordered part, told it was on backorder, when its not, other companies have the items in stock. Cancelled the order, their website advertisers the refund takes 4 to 5 business days. Its been a month now since I cancelled and no refund, will be disputing the charge now with my CC company unfortunately. Also good luck if you get someone on the phone.... this is even if you can get a live person. They will tell you a date just to get you off the phone and when that date comes, no refund.... Avoid this company at all costs.

    absolute waste of a company, all they know how to do is take your money and give you the run around for weeks. if you made the mistake of buying something from them, good luck and have fun waiting a very long time to get a refund. This company is a scam..+

    freakin scam artists took me also cant say what i think about it but email after email phone call after phone call same c*** gonna recieve a refund but never do over a year now

    Ordered a part for my truck on 8/26/22. Money was taken out immediately of course. I expected a shipping notice within 24hours. A week later I emailed them, same story like everyone else here. I was told it was pushed back. That date came, I called offices were closed. Called the next day, left a message. 3rd day I get another email stating the shipping date will be pushed back to 10/14:Today I was thinking about the order and the company figured to find reviews and here we are. Same exact experience. I wont wait for 10/14, I know I wont getting my money back just by all the reviews here. Im beginning to the process tomorrow (Monday) between my credit card and filing a police report,
