  I should have read All these reviews first. I thought this was going to be great. So I signed up for the monthly, paid in full up front. Almost $300. My first box come 1 month later. It has an awesome hammock in it. The rest of the stuff was ridiculous. Not full items. Samples! And a sticker!! Really?? Upset with the quality. I wrote and said I no longer wanted any more boxes, and I wanted a full refund, minus the first box. All they did was cancel my renewal. They said no refunds. Not a great way to do business. Back and forth with email correspondence, since that is the only way to get a hold of them. I threatened I would go to BBB if I did not get a refund. Only then they said on February 4th, that in 5-7days my refund will be back on my card. It is now February 18th. Still No refund. Don't waste your time with this subscription. The stuff is not worth your hard earned money.

  Agreed. The company is a rip off. If you sign up with them you are guaranteed to lose money. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

  Got caught in their auto renewal trap. Boxes not worth the exorbitant price and customer service was of no help. I would steer clear of this company. Wish I would have looked up their rating before I spent money.

  Dont do it! You can get the items at the dollar store. If you have issues with a box customer service will block you like they did me on ******** and not return emails. I paid $49 for a cheap box with two coffee bags Im allergic to. I was willing to pay return shipping after I already paid $10 for shipping. Definitely a waste of money and you wont be satisfied with the items.

  STAY AWAY! - This is a subscription based company, where they send a box once a month. Last year (2021) they ran a holiday sale and I pre-paid for boxes for a full year. This year (2022) without ANY warning, they renewed that subscription, except now it was twice the price ($480) and didnt even send me an email receipt! - so that same day I emailed (they have no phone number) and asked them to please cancel that because I did not agree to renew, I didnt even think theyd do that. So two days later someone responded and said my subscription was canceled. GREAT! - but not. - they did not refund the money! Now I have no access to my account and no money. - I opened a case on PayPal. Meantime, I get an email from them saying my January box is getting ready to ship!!!! Unfortunately it went through my PP credit and I had to hope they would side with me, otherwise I would have called the card company. I reached out to them via email, Instagram DM and FB messenger, and while DM got me a response, they did not solve my problem and its been going on for at least a couple weeks. - its really a shame because we enjoyed receiving the boxes, but this is terrible business conduct. Ive had subscription boxes before and have had NO TROUBLE canceling, which I have gone back to because I felt they were honest. This is just insanity in my opinion. So if you are considering, I suggest you use a card that you can block the transaction once you are done, otherwise theres no one you can talk to, they stop answering emails and you are just out of your money.

  They make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription. **************** is NON existent. I feel lucky that I actually received a box for my first payment. I was charged a second time despite trying multiple times to cancel. No clue if I'll actually receive any additional products. Don't waste your money on this company.

  SCAM! - I did a yearly membership in 2020, cancelled after that.... Here we are in 2022 and I was just charged for another membership. I emailed them immediately and they said they can cancel, but can't cancel the current "active subscription. They said I only "skipped" last year. THAT ISN'T EVEN AN OPTION! I CANCELLED!.... I haven't received any goods and was charged over $400!
