**** or ******* favad is a crooked busines person.I went a year ago and was supposed to see an audi. I drove from ******* ********** and had an appointment with him at 2 p.m. he did not see us until he was closing. I was the last person he saw.He never had the car we went to see, he claimed the whole time that it was in another lot with an attitude like it was too much trouble to go get it out.We had seen a jaguar some time while we were there and since he didnt have the car we wanted we test drove it . It didnt seem to have any issues. But the first greatest issue is that he gave me faulty keys. One of them slightly worked but not all of the buttons worked and the other was broken. He said he would pay for them and he never did. I had to pay. When i took the car to get serviced i noticed he didnt do any service on the car. No oil change, no transmission fluid. Power stearing fluid was old and rear differencial needed work. The transmission was in pieces and tried to blame me for the damages. I have pictures still of all of the chunks that were in the transmission pan when i had the fluid changed.I had to fight through ***** to get him to give me a new transmission which he denied for quite some time until i sent him the pictures of the pan and the chunks of gears. He couldnt even deliver the transmission because even his faulty delivery trucks or mechanics coincidentaly owed money to my mechanic's shop. A core of **** dollars is what they owed my mechanics. So i had to drive to ********** to pick up the transmission myself which i also payed for the instalment on.Cosmeticly, he just glued and placed things in the car. The cupholders were coming apart as well as the woodgrain cover. The back passenger seat was falling off. The roof started coming off. So many things started falling apart and i know he salvaged this car from people that didnt take care of it and he didnt either. The front speaker was missing and i knew that. One of the only things i didnt complain about because i know auctions take things like that from cars at times so i didnt feel i had to blame him for that. The trunk lever snaped when i barely pulled it.The night we got the car i traded him a 2018 ****** corrola that had ****** miles on it, his other employee (which now i have no respect for) made complaints about the fact that my ******s motor was dusty(which was the only thing going on with my car. I supper cleaned it for him and he found some cracks in my bumper and imstanly brought the value down on my trade in for the car by almost **** dollars. The engine on my ****** was great unlike the car he gave me.He sold that corrola almost instantly but still didnt even have my registration. He will wait to the last minute to send it.Oh and watch out because he will claim to be on vacation while he processes his theivery and is able to close the deal.I hassled with him for months. It is 2023 and i called him again because the hoses and other issues with coolant and in the car are happening. I had money to fix some things in the car to get it back in shape. this car took all my money because new things keep popping up that cost hundreds of dollars which he should have used to make the car actually sellable. This person claims to be humble muslim and that he is devoted to allah but he steals from people and lies to them constantly. Any godly person of any religeon would not do the things he does.He pretended to cry over the phone when i had finally gotten my transmission because i told him he was a good man. He told me his own brother threatened him over something like this. I wonder why. Now i know hes not a good man, just an opportunist who makes appointments with people who live far away because he knows it will be a hasstle for them to come back and ****

On April 21 2021 I purchased a 2008 *** from all star motors and paid cash. I was told pink slip and license plate were going to come in mail. Months after purchasing the vehicle I contacted the dealership and told **** that I havent received my pink slip or license plate he assured me that it was on the way. In August my vehicle was parked on the street and my ex boyfriend was sitting in the vehicle when a sheriff car parked in the back of my vehicle and said my car fits a description of a stolen vehicle. I went in my home and brought out my documents of the vehicle being purchased in full. When the sheriff did their investigation it showed that my vehicle wasnt registered and it was an out of state vehicle. I contacted **** and was told that I needed to go to dmv and do a vin check in order to get a registeration. I went to dmv and they said I had to get in contact with the dealer ship. At that moment the car was not able to be driven. I have been trying to get my car registered so I can drive for over a year now and still nothing. It got to the point where HOA board memes were threatening me to get it registered or else they were going to get the car towed. I contacted **** and he finally was able to get it registered. During all this the car now was not able to start and I told **** about it. **** said he could fix it said he will send out a tow truck but never did. My car was now towed with a bill over **** dollars. I have not had the satisfaction to enjoy a car that I spent my well earned money due to lack of the dealership.

The dealership upon seeing my pre approval rate up the selling price of the vehicle without notifying me. They also over charge on registration for the car, it was a current tag (at the time was still good for 11 months) and they charged me for that even after we said no to new registration stickers.

On 08/31/2022 I bought a car for $14,000.00 cash, a 2015 ****** Rav4 bin # JTMZFREV051160 from a car dealer named ALL STARTS MOTORS **** at **************************************************************** owned by **********************This purchase was based on the fact stated by the dealers owner that the accident stated on the signed documents was a minor accident, while signing the documents my girlfriend who was present at the time read the accident and made an exclamation about the accident for which ************************* got up to see the document and stated and assured me the accident was a minor follow by explain to us that a minor accident is under $850.00 so there was no reason to worry about. While testing the car I found out the breaks were bad and is stated in the contract the dealer was going to do the repair of these breaks, I took the car the same day I bought it on 08/31/2022 and they say it was fixed, took it home and found out the problem was still there. I called ****************** and asked me to bring it back on 09/02/2022 and they need it to change the rotors and pads for which I picked the car on the following Monday 09/05/2022. I took the car home and found out the car was not fixed and the noise the car was making was never fixed. As per ****************** suggestion to come back on Wednesday 07, 2022. By this time they were supposed align the driver doors and order a trim missing piece from top outside of the car, plus a key replacement. I had to take the car to the *********** Dealer to inspect and fix the car, they found out there was a broken piece called Front Brakes Shims that could have caused a big accident and the cost was $1,277.52 but with a discount I paid $1,183.52. Took the car on Wednesday 07, 2022 and was on the dealer' shop (ALL ***************** until Monday 25, 2022. But before I took the car to ************** as and advise by an adviser from the *********** dealer I took the car for a doors alignment to their certify body shop, they look at the car and advise me to have

I purchased a car on February 18th from all stars motors. A used car dealership who failed to tell me whats actually wrong with car lying proving false information. As well as increasing the price of the car, while Im signing and failed to tell me. However I got the car drive off the lot and working 24 hours the car hesitated to drive and stoped turning on. So he finally had it towed to his shop on February 22nd. Thats the last time I saw the car. After researching reviews on this dealership. I found hes known for selling lemons and has been taking to court previously. Fortunately enough for me I explained this to the bank prior to approving me and they helped me get denied so I was not able to finance the car and was forced to return it. The owner agreed to returning my down payment. I asked on February 28th for a refund check written to me. And he denied it claiming he mailed it. Its been plenty of time for it to reach me through the mail so on February 4th I reached out and asked whats the situation with a check and if I can pick it up.He refused to cancel the the check he previously sent as well as claims hes not available. So today I called requesting another check and he responded with I can deliver it to you. Since then he has never responded and wont answer any of my calls. He claimed. He was going to come on the way back from ********** to drop it off. He has prolonged repaying me as well as wont respond to me. I just need help retrieving my 2k down payment back as well as probably get the business closed if you see all the other reviews.

Saw a 2013 ******** s550 listed online for sale, contacted the.used car dealership by phone and obtained info and interest to purchase the vehicle, wired All stars $22K and ******* the owner/sales rep found financing for the remainder, he charged me sales tax and registration fees of which no documentation from California DMV was sent to me therefore I was told at my.county registration office I would have pay the sales tax all over again plus a penalty for not having registered the vehicle within 30 days of purchase date. $2709.45 tax $495.00 registration is what he charged me in the purchase contract, after texting and calling ******* twice a week to see what the status was on the package and envelope, he was also supposed to send me a remote control for the rear seat DVD built in TV'S,and also never got those, he said they were shipped out but somehow were returned, then I'd call him a few days later asking for the affidavit or on the dealership letterhead indicating the error on the title, so my county could allow the vehicle to be registered in my name of which is not in my name to this day 5 months after the purchase,he agreed to cashapp me the money and or pay the registration fees in Nueces County of which I asked for the amount he collected from me since he said he could get a refund from the state of California, then in what became a weekly follow up of calls he claimed he sent me the check for the sales tax/registration fee and said it was check #****,never arrived. I sent him a certified letter return receipt and it was refused. I asked him to look into changing my extended warranty company and I'd pay the difference, he said he would send me the info by email after it was confirmed and I never received that either, I read the dealerships reviews and they seemed as if they conducted good business practices so i didn't foresee this issue I have today. I contacted the bank that is financing a portion of the car and they said I needed to reach out to dealer
