    On Feb 17th, 2024 I ordered a jacket from an online Company. Sneak Gallery. The total cost was $112.50. I was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I emailed at week 3, and was told it would be 2-3 weeks, Emailed again and the same responses which are generated by what seems to be an automated response. I used AfterPay to pay for the item. I have not yet received the item nor have a gotten any closer to getting the item or info on when it will actually arrive as the statement is always the same. I looked the company up on ******** and several people say they are scammers as they have been waiting on items for months. I want my items I ordered or at this point a full refund.

    I purchased a Christmas gift on December 10th from the company that i did receive in time for Christmas. The issue with 1 of the items received was a large blue stain on a varsity jacket that very obvious. I sent an email to the company immediately with a picture of the item attached and they advised i didnt need to return the damage item but they would provide me only with a store credit. I then repurchased the same varsity jacket with the store credit on January 27th and never received a trqckinng number at first. Due to constant emailing i finally received a tracking number on February 21st but no shipping date or Estimated delivery. I continued emailing the company who in response had no answer and advised due to multiple orders shipment was delayed and i would be receiving a arrival date soon. I still have not received the item and the company is refusing to refund the money spent on the jacket. They keep giving credit when i keep explaining to them i will never purchase another item due to the lack of accountability when it comes to product being damaged nor received and the last email i received was that the package possibly has been lost in transit.

    I purchased a jacket 12/22/2023 and I havent received it yet they say they had overwhelmed shipment issues but still havent received my jacket and its march now so I would like a refund or my jacket as soon as possible

    I placed an order for a jacket on 12/29/23 on the Sneak Gallery website, and paid for it via AfterPay. I have still not received the order or a requested refund. I have contacted the company directly on many occasions and have been told the order has been sent. I have received two different tracking numbers, one from *** and one from ***** both of which are still showing as label created, but not tracking information after that. I even contacted Afterpay to dispute the claim, but they closed it. Still no refund or product. I would just like a refund at this point. This is ridiculous! Almost two months and still nothing. I have ordered from this company in the past and did not have this experience. Very disappointed! All documents have been attached.

    Purchased 6 sweatsuits Nov 22 2023 for ***** and merchandise not delivered as promised. Several emails and still no merchandise. Requested refund and still no refund

    order placed in december 2023 wrong item was sent has been impossible to get ahold of anybody in customer service, then when finally got ahold of somebody was told a refund was issued now its been almost 20 days since was told money was refunded called my bank nothing has been issued or pending so clearly the company hasnt actually refunded the money clearly a scam company

    I ordered my son a jacket on 1/10/2024 it is 1/28/2024 and I have not received my jacket yet. When I tried contacting them I on received an auto reply but no real explanation on where is my jacket. Delivery time was 5-7 days. My order number was ******.

    I place an order with this company on November ************************************************************************ response back from my emails that I sent. This company too is a scam that takes people money and do not provide the product the promised.

    Ref Order# ****** I ordered an item from SneakGallery on 22 December 2023 and never received it. Their tracking system states the item has been ready for shipping since 1 January **** and as of today 9 January **** the item is still waiting to be shipped. I contacted the company to cancel the order and receive a refund and was denied. I have a feeling this company scammed me and possibly others.
