    Mail ************************** Conduct I opened a mailbox at this location earlier this year and have experienced repeated mail security issues and inappropriate conduct from the clerk who handles the mail.1?? Mail Held and Hidden There were several times when **** alerted me that mail had arrived, but the clerk insisted nothing was there. I waited in the lobby for nearly two hours on one occasion before she finally brought out my mail which had been placed behind the stack, not mixed in by accident.2?? Mail Opened Without Consent One of my envelopes clearly appeared to have been opened with a letter opener. The clerk claimed she accidentally cut it, but the opening was clean, straight, and intentional-looking.3?? Soliciting Product Sales She repeatedly tried to persuade me to help her sell weight-loss and health products. After I declined multiple times, the treatment toward my mail noticeably changed delays, missing items, and confrontational behavior began.4?? Unauthorized Removal of My Mail She removed all of my mail from my assigned box without my knowledge or permission and delivered it to her friend at the ***************** This is extremely concerning because mail tampering is a federal offense.5?? Escalation and Intimidation When I questioned these issues calmly, she changed her story several times, became argumentative, and even called the police during a simple conversation about mail that belongs to me. Due to these actions, I recorded the interaction for my protection. I am filing this complaint because:This business has violated:??Customer privacy ??Federal mail-handling policies ??Basic professional conduct I no longer feel my personal information, financial documents, or identity are safe while in their possession. I am requesting an investigation and accountability for these actions.
