    I ordered a Fit watch through Amazon Amazfit Bip 6. This item did not come with a charging cord, which was not explain in the description of the product. I ordered to Charging cables and paid extra for two day delivery. I received two Chargers but they were listed as Charging cables, neither are charging cables. Contacted the company and wanted my money back and wanted to return the items they sent to me. Havent heard from the support since. I sent emails to every email I can find for that company. Still havent heard from the company!!!

    I ordered a smart watch and smart ring sold as a set from amazfit. I only received the watch. I contacted amazfit and several emails later they claim they sent the ring. Still not receiving the ring I contacted them again and the said it was delayed. I asked for return info. Told them I would send back the watch and wanted a full refund for the set. They did not reply. At this point I still have the watch and have not received the ring. I am attaching a pdf of emails that transpired with amazfit.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my recent purchase of the Amazfit T-*** Pro, order number 701-0446599-3405825, which I bought in April 2024.Unfortunately, I have been experiencing significant potentially a battery issues (since it works when its only plugged in) with the watch, despite minimal usage. As someone who primarily works from home, the device has been seldom used and has not been subjected to the typical wear and tear that could cause such *********** an effort to resolve this matter, I have reached out to Amazfits support line at ************** and sent an email to *********************************** Regrettably, I have not received any response from their team.I am requesting assistance in reaching Amazfit to rectify this situation as soon as possible. I believe that a product that is not functioning properly after such a short period deserves attention and resolution.

    I purchased the Amazfit band 7 from ****** last year and was in love with the product. Less than 3 weeks later, it fell off my wrist during a shopping trip at ****** and I was unable to locate it. This product had a defective wrist band which comes unfastened and the company is well aware of this. After reading several other reviews, I realized others had experienced the same problem. I reached out to customer service in hopes to have the issue rectified by replacement or refund. I was told the watch has a warranty in which does not cover the band and the company ignored that this is a reoccurring issue with several users thus, being a defective design. My inquiry was subsequently left ignored and closed. My review of the product was also denied and tried posting it twice.

    I purchased an Amazfit Band 7 directly from the Amazfit website. I have been trying to return it and have contacted them at the provided customer service email: *********************************** Each time the reply to my messages is that I should contact the seller, but they are the seller!!! When calling their customer service number it goes directly to voicemail saying that they're undergoing a system update and that it'll be restored the next day. But this has been going on for days! This is an endless loop of no replies.A true scam. I recommend avoiding this company and their products at all costs.

    I purchased a fitness watch from Amazon/Amazfit in July 2023. I began having issues with the watch in July 2024 and reached out to the company since it was still under warranty. After a few email exchanges the company stated they would replace my watch. They sent me a shipping label and instructed me to send my defective watch back and they would ship the replacement when they received the damaged one. Initially communication was good and my emails were responded to quickly but they became more sparse. I reached out to see if my replacement was shipped out and was sent a tracking number. After multiple days with no change in the status of the shipment I reached out to the company again. They stated ***** lost the package and they would send out another. Thats when communication stopped. I never received a tracking number for the replacement of the replacement. I sent several messages and none were replied to. I tried calling but everytime I call there is an automated message saying they are undergoing maintenance and will be back in service the following business day. Ive called multiple days in a row and continue to receive the same message.

    I purchased this Smart Watch from Amazon last year on Amazon Prime days event. It was shipped on the 20th of July and received a few days later. On Friday, July 21st, the watch stopped sensing any of my physical inputs. Heartbeat, blood oxygen, sleep time, etc.So just one year and one day after it was shipped, it stopped working. After calling and speaking with an Amazon representative, I was informed that there is nothing that can be done and Amazon no longer has an obligation and will do nothing. I will never purchase any ************* or Amazon ********************** ever again and don't recommend taking the chance since Amazon doesn't seem to care that their product ************* won't back their poor product items.
