      Online transaction occurred on 06/07/2025 requested refund they say no hasel returns or refunds not so. All they keep giving me is to exchange or purchase something else. I just want my money back. I don't like the shorts I purchased not my style. There not opened or used the package is the only thing I opened. it can be resealed easily with there tape inside the closer. I have had no success after numerous emails they say they cannot locate my order number it's on the invoice. I can take a picture of the invoice the shows the order number if you need it? I will provide upon your request.

      They offered me a 25% off discount instead of giving me my money back when I placed a return so I placed a new order on Thursday 12/12/24 with order number *******. On Friday suddenly there was a discount 30% off sitewide so I requested a price adjustment and they REFUSED me bc even though it is dated 12/12 it counts as an exchange. I am a new customer I cant believe they would fight me on 5% and now their customer service is unresponsive bc its the weekend. Terrible terrible policy and customer service. They didnt even sign the email. I think even AI would have signed the email.

      I keep getting their junk mail marketing delivered to "resident" at my address. I'm not interested in any of their products and I HATE junk mail. There is NO phone number for the company. I WANT MY ADDRESS PERMENTLY BLOCKED FROM THEIR MAILINGS.Also, I need to know where they purchased my address from them so I can insure they delete my address also.

      I placed an order several weeks ago and one of the items was too big (blue skirt) I submitted a request for an immediate exchange in which they mailed me the correct size however everytime I tried to submit the request for a return shipping label for the item that was too big however it did not work. I then messaged the company 4x through their website and emailed them 3x explaining the situation and asking for a return shipping label. I never received any responses to my inquiries and there is no phone number listed on their website. I googled a phone number for this company and the number that populates takes you to **** ******* which apparently owns Beyond Yoga. I reached out to Levis and they told me they do not handle Beyond Yoga complaints and directed me to the Beyond Yoga website which as stated above, they never responded to my many inquires. I mailed my item back 6 days ago with a shipping label that was for another item however I wrote in detail on that packing paper what I was returning along with the order number. They owe me $88 however I have yet to be refunded.

      I have attached the order and email communication with the company.I placed an order on 4/3/2024 and received 4 dresses. I determined I did not like any of the items so followed the companies return process. I dropped the package at the courier on 4/12/24 for return. The package is now lost in the postal/shipping world. I reached out to the company to inquire of my return on 4/23/24, at that point they responded and stated they would look into it. I have since followed up multiple times, they responded at the beginning but have not responded to me since 5/6/24.

      This company refuses to offer a refund for items that are of poor quality. They also refuse to publish 100% of their negative product reviews on their website. I've tried submitting one recently and I went through all the steps, only to see that they won't publish it!I've been ordering apparel from Beyond Yoga for many years and have spent thousands of dollars during this time. Recently, I ordered three tanks and upon receipt I realized the fit and quality are awful - not like all the other ones I've ordered of the same size. I let them know and since they were "worn" they won't honor a refund or even exchange. For $120 for three tanks, it's not ok. They have obviously had some quality issues because there are a few other negative reviews on their website, yet they blame the customer instead of taking responsibility. I was told there are no options and that they are sorry I don't "like" my tanks. This is not customer service. This is robbery and customers are sick of it.

      I ordered a pair of shorts and a windbreaker from Beyond Yoga online; it has been several days and I have never received an order summary via e-mail, a shipping notification, or anything that infers that I made a purchase or provides me with an update. I continuously receive emails/texts around promotions and new items, however, no information relating to my order. To ensure the order went through I checked my bank statement and the funds have been posted to my account. I attempted to call their **************** line multiple times *************) and it automatically hangs up on you. I also attempted to utilize the live chat (not a live chat) and it is a bot that states that it will 'send you an e-mail' - not sure how since I did not input my e-mail. I do not suggest ordering any items from their online store as help is IMPOSSIBLE to receive and the **************** team does not exist.

      ORDER #******* ************ sent me 3 items of which 2 were damaged. 2 had stains, the leggings and the jacket. I have never been sent stained or even damaged items by a business before. It was shocking and disappointing. I cant imagine the incompetence being so great that they sent me not one, but 2 damaged items! Both had obvious stains. So now Im out $250. I received a notification email that they have the return but I now have to wait 10 business days to get my money, I feel like this was intentional and they needed to dump their damages off in someone. Im utterly disappointed & disgusted with this brand. They have their items now Im *********** my money back. I want to file this complaint against this company for the above but also how their customer service has treated me has been horrible. They dont answer their phone. They are very slow to respond to emails and lied to me about my money saying that I would get it back when they had my return. They did not reveal the 10 business day waiting period. To me that makes them a liar. These people need to be fired. The person that packaged my items should be fired. They clearly have low hiring standards. I am angry and ** demanding my full refund NOW!

      Here is the "Message" I just sent to Beyond Yoga from their website:I placed Order #******* on Jan 5, 2023, and paid $7 extra for ****** 2-day shipping." It is now Jan 8 and the order has still not been shipped. The order contains my daughter's birthday gifts and I want to know the package's tracking number and when it will be delivered. I have called your customer service phone numbers multiple times -- but it picks up, plays music for a minute or two, then disconnects! Then I checked Beyond Yoga on the Better Business Bureau website and found many complaints about these same things happening to multiple other consumers! I checked out without creating an account because I don't plan to order anything else from you, and without an account ********************** does not allow me to check my order status. I am very distressed and in disbelief that you run your business this way. Please reply to me as soon as humanly possible. Thank you.       I ordered a set on December 9th for ******..the website says if you see no movement on your order within 3 business days (today is the 5th business day) then to reach out to customer service, however, they have disconnected their phone line and website says guaranteed response within ***** hours if submitting a request for customer service online, and it has now been past 48 hours after multiple attempts. I was ordering this to have at a certain time and am at the least just trying to cancel the order, but there is now ay to do it so the charge is just pending on my account until further notice. I need this money.. My bank says I need to contact the company to get it back.. but I can't. After reading other complaints like this I'm seeing this company may be a scam? Please help..
