    I paid for two copies of my article over a month ago and have not received them. I have attempted to contact this company on multiple times via email and twice on Instagram and nobody is responding. The amount is $24.32. I believe they are a fraudulent organization, promising free articles on your business, then making money from your print order that they never send out. They did not provide a tracking number as I had originally requested.

    I placed an order with this company on April 10, 2025, and paid $40.79 for 5 art prints. As of today, May 26, 2025, I have not received the prints, nor have I been provided with a tracking number or any shipping confirmation. I have reached out to the company directly for an update but have not received a response.I am concerned about the legitimacy and business practices of this company, as they have failed to fulfill my order or provide adequate communication regarding the delay. I have made a clear request for either shipment of my order or a full refund.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund of $40.79, as the products I paid for have not been delivered and no tracking or communication has been provided by the company.

    November 26 Bold Journey reached out to me to be featured in their online magazine with an option to purchase hard copies of the magazine interview. I ordered 6 prints and paid $46.30 on January 10, 2025 (see attached receipt). I never received the copies I purchased. I reached out 4 times via email to follow up inquiring when I could expect to receive the copies I paid for. All of my emails were ignored (see attached screen shots of emails). I would like a refund for the amount paid due to the fact that the company never delivered the items purchased. Additionally I have some concerns that this company may be a scam to collect credit card information. I experienced fraudulent activity on my credit card in the months between January and April and have had to cancel the card and have another issued. When inquiring on Reddit to see if this is a legitimate company, I have seen others have had the same experience of print copies not being delivered and suspicions of phishing.

    Paid for two prints of four different articles. Never received the prints. Email several times starting in January and received responses that they would print them get them packed and shipped and ready to send to me. The last email from from ******* on March 19 saying it would still be shipped.     I paid $29.77 to ******************************* Articles on February 28, 2025 for 3 prints of my article that was posted on their website. Since that time, Ive followed up with, ********* *********, who initially sent me the invoice to order the prints. She has not responded to any emails regarding when I can expect the prints to be sent. I am now requesting a refund.

    Two separate fraudulent charges from this merchant. How are they stealing debit card numbers? This business is a total scam.

    Ive been reaching out to them about making changes to my article. They shared information on there that I did not want to be public. I tried to reach out to them several times and they have been ignoring me. I just want my article removed at this point because I dont think they are going to make anything changes.Also I think they blocked me from visiting the website. Im their website it says that they can block a person without them knowing. And I think thats what theyve done to me.

    On December 12, 2024, I made a purchase through Voyager Group via VoyagerNashville Magazine. My point of contact was identified as ********* *********. I purchased three printed copies of an original "Shoutout Article" for a total of $29.77 after tax, with the first print priced at $17 and each additional copy at $5.After six weeks, I noticed that I had not received my order. Upon following up, I discovered that I had mistakenly provided an incorrect shipping address. ********* was helpful in updating my address and assured me that new copies would be printed and shipped promptly.However, after an additional three months, the articles still had not arrived. Over the weekend, I reached out to ********* again but have not yet received a response.I have since contacted the Voyager Group billing team to formally escalate this issue and am pursuing official channels to seek a resolution.

    After magazine article was completed *** posted electronically I agreed to pay $51.82 for hard copies. This was on 12/17/25. As of this date and several emails to contact ****** ******* I have nit received tue prints or an email response. I plan on contacting my credit card company to seek a refund.

    On Tuesday, November 12th, I paid $24.25 for prints of my article that was in the online ShoutOut LA site. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the prints. When I didn't receive them, I reached out and on January 12th, I was told again (By ***** ******), that he would have them sent again. Six weeks after that, still no prints.Then I started looking online and discovered many, many others had ordered prints and never received them. Having an article published online is free, but the scam is when they ask if you'd like to pay for prints.I told ***** that I want a refund and that I would be reporting the business here and taking them to Small Claims Court.
