    Absolutely horrible building I live at the ******** on *************************************** ****** ****** actively flirted with me and was inappropriate with me after my ex moved out. Shortly after I had a stalker in the building. ****** asked my side if the story and flipped it back on me saying this email is too triggering for him and I will be evicted for crying. Aside from not taking the death, **** and murder threats seriously, ****** ****** continues to bully me daily when I dont even acknowledge her existence. Ive called the police on ****** for hurling racist and nasty insults to my face. I recorded a video of her reaction afterwards.

    I found and returned electric mobility scooter, I found white living in the *********** Apts. They accused me of stealing. I lived in the *********** Apts. for twenty two years. Now, I am homeless.*************************

    GoldRich and Kest is the worst property management company so unprofessional. I live in ********************* in ******, ** ********************************* ****** ** *****. My Mom who deals with health problems had to deal with mold in her room for months. *********************************** kept telling me it wasnt approved. Having mold is dangerous, my mom end up in the hospital. They removed the old shower and fixed the wall now is falling apart unbelievable. I got charge twice for rent this month and ******** said l probably double click with two different amounts wow. She said they cant refund me my money what type of business is this that you cant refund my money with your website is the problem. This place claims to be a luxury apartments and mold is not the only issue. The owner must not care about living conditions and having a plan in case the website makes an error. I cant believe a business like this could tell a resident who pays her rent on time that they cant return my money. Im taking all my pictures of the nasty mold my mom had to deal with to city and emails putting many requests.

    ***************, ****************, **. Do not rent from them, it will be a waste of your money. The management is absolutely horrible. I am not one to usually write negative reviews but if it saves a family from the frustration that I have experienced it's worth it. The amount of rent that we pay for 965 sq ft is absurd for the type of management that represents this property.

    Walnut ridge apartments  This is well managed apartments.. as a current resident in this apartment.. the management is doing so well.. all your complaints goes no where... When I notify the management on apr 28th 2022, regarding of loud noisy banging sound from upstairs.. their loud enough that I know their daily schedule of  meals , shower, using the toilet, wake up time and bed time, and everytime they wake up they have to jump off the bed , day and night. Especially every 7 to 10 days they do laundry. Loud closet close and open. Banging the drawer to put cloths, this will last at least an hour in the morning. And recently after the complaints, upstairs been stepping really ******* purpose. As of today the 8/14/22 nothing was solve. And management called and follow up with me... Over the phone she try to follow up with the complaints. And after I told the management what happened.. I told the management the first when I ask upstairs neighbor nicely if they can consider there is ppl live down stairs, do you mind keep down, and he answer me " that how we normal walk you got a problem with it." So I know I can only ask the management to help..but till today she only reply me said" you know you are live in apartment right??"..
    Therefore... This is a perfect apartment with overpriced apartment rate.. and you got management will just tell you " you know you are live in the apartment "...

    From a payment resident who lives here 3 years since 2019.. and made the first complaints till now... And this what I get in result.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We know situations like these can be unpleasant. However, true enough this is all a part of community living at which point management is limited on what we are able to do in resolving matters like these. Our standard practice is continued reminders of common courtesy and reiterating to our residents to be mindful of quite hours. None the less we do apologize for the frustrations you have experienced. We will continue to monitor this in hopes of a dissolve in noise.
