    Awful! No refund, fights it tooth and nail. I had two years experience in a position, he reflected 8 years. Formatting was off center. He asks you to jump through hoops providing him info and fails deliver anything of actual use. Total SCAMMER. Then, threatens defamation. Non-English speaking garbage delivered. Offered refund in email is non existent!
