    Water heater issue. ***** was very professional. He answered all my many questions and explained what needed to be replaced. He completed the work and did a great job cleaning the space. Will definitely call ARS again.

    I have used this company for 5-6 years now for a myriad of issues. I recently had my mainline blocked (March 2022) and the technician told me I had to get the line hydrojetted instead of the standard snake service I've gotten in the past. He stated that the hydrojetting would cut all the roots back to the edges of the pipe and the the hydrojetting should realistically keep the line clear for 3-4 years but would warranty the line from blockage for 12 months. Less than 9 months later the mainline got blocked again and I called ARS out to clear the line per the warranty. This time I was told that the hydrojetting doesn't cut roots as I was told and the I would need to get a higher level service (descaling) costing multiple thousands of dollars. Since I had already paid for the hydrojetter for $1500 and it didn't work as advertised I was reluctant to purchase a higher level of service concerned with getting the same response that it wasn't the right service months down the line. The plumber was not able to clear the line and I was left with a mainline that was still blocked when he left. I am disappointed that the hydrojetting did not work as advertised and that the 12 month warranty was not honored as promised.
