      I have a Oreck Vacuum that was having a power issue back in Oct. 2022, I took my vacuum to the store and had to call a week later to find out what was wrong. They said it was a bad motherboard so they replaced it. They never said what was wrong with it. I picked it up, paid for it and brought it home. Tried to use it and as it never worked I took it back in Dec. 2022. Again I had to call a week later as they never called and I found out that they claimed it was a bad sensor and they replaced it. I went and paid and got it back and brought it home. AGAIN, the problem was still there. My vacuum would not turn on. So I did my own research and it turns out my vacuum has a battery that helps kick on the vacuum and it was dead. So I went to purchase a batter and behold, my vacuum worked. I was able to fix the problem. I think the company scammed me ****** and I never saw the original parts taken out to see what the problem was. It cost me 6$ for the battery. I will never go back to this store location. They don't know how to work on vacuums and I won't ever get my money back.
