5 starsAfter reviewing several options for our timeshare exit, we chose Centerstone Group to handle the process.. We were worried that they might not be able handle a timeshare in REMOVEDand if we would have to hire outside legal help. Neither of these were an issue. We started the process in August 2025 and on January REMOVEDwe were notified that the transfer was complete and we were free of all future obligations associated with the timeshare! It was quite a relief and cause for celebration! We had our timeshare since 2001 and had many years of wonderful family vacations but had not used it in the last 5 years and did not foresee us using it again. Maintenance fees still needed to be paid so it was time to get help.The Centerstone process was smooth, we were kept informed throughout and the staff was friendly and helpful. We're glad that they were there and we are happy to move on.Centerstone Group Inc

5 starsAfter feeling stuck for a long time, I decided to hire Centerstone Group to help me exit my timeshare. I was nervous about the timeline, but they managed to get everything cancelled within a year. Their team was professional, kept me informed, and handled the heavy lifting. 4 starsThe Centerstone Group sold our time share exactly how they said they would. The actual transaction turned out to be a much more complex transaction than we originally thought. They were professional and very helpful thru out the transaction, which we much appreciated. We would have given them 5 stars if the transaction was completed in the one year time frame, the final time from start to finish you can expect around 14 months. Overall we are very pleased with the performance of the Centerstone Group.Centerstone Group Inc

In your case, the developer, REMOVED, and local jurisdiction make transferring that property significantly more complicated than most. Each timeshare company, county, city, and country have their own process and timelines so we must adapt and follow those processes in each example. It's part of what makes our team so special.
