      There was a point sometimes where it felt like I had nowhere to go. Felt like I wouldn't know how to table my next meal at this Stage in my Life because of the Fear of Tax Issues caused High Blood Pressure. I literally was feeling like because of some IRS Tax issues related to back taxes that my years of Public Service didn't matter. I ended up looking through hundreds of Tax assistance people but felt like everything is a scam NOBODY really wants to help and My Gut said 5 Star Tax is Legit. They are well experienced and immediately told me to breathe and relax . Made my experience and my Life start to get back on track. No more Pressure meds and embarrassment.

      So I had no idea where to begin when it came to filing taxes for 2024. Luckily, I reached out to Five Star Tax Resolution and was able to schedule a free consultation with Natalie right away.

      I’m still in the middle of my case with Five Star, but I wanted to comment on the process so far because the experience has been excellent. I initially signed on for help with confirming and straightening out several years of back taxes. My current case manager, Tim, has been incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive — he checks in frequently (dare I say relentlessly), keeps me on task with document requests, and makes sure every step moves forward quickly. The first phase (preparing and filing six years of back returns) was handled professionally and accurately, and now that the resolution phase is underway, I feel very confident that I’m in good hands for the upcoming interaction with the IRS --- something that is usually a scary, nail-biting process. Based on my experience so far, I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help getting back on track with the IRS.

      ame to them for help, as a single mother I needed some big help with the IRS and when I called they made me believe I was in good hands they told me I needed to file all my taxes and be up to date than they could fight for me, I paid them 1500 they filed my taxes and put me in an agreement with the irs for 5 years that I had to file and pay my taxes the next 5 years I told them I don’t want to get in that agreement because it’s going to come back owing a lot and I won’t be able to afford it and I’ll be in the same spot of levy, they said no that’s why we are here to help you get out of those or lower it, I just needed them to fight for a old return the irs said I didn’t file which I did and have proof and help with court ordered papers of my child I can claim and my ex is claiming and if they got that straight with the IRS I wouldn’t owe they promised me they would help, after they filed and got me in the 5 yr contract with IRS , I could not get a hold of them I called left voice mails and emails with Al Frías and he will not respond over 5 -6 weeks they will not contact me and IRS sent a letter I have to pay 10k+ by dec by the agreement or levy me , I’m stuck and no help from this company would not recommend to anyone!!! You get screwed bad!

      I came to Five Star Resolutions to help me with my tax debt. I was told they would help me with my tax problem and wanted $2500.00 from me to do so.
      They sent one Offer of Compromise to the IRS that I thought was too low and was declined by the IRS. Five Star Tax Resolutions said they would work with me if the offer was rejected but I have heard nothing after 4 e-mails and 10 phone calls. $ 2500.00 is a steep fee for very little done and being ignored! I feel Five Star tax Resolutions acted in a very poor manner and this is a warning for anyone looking for tax assistance from this company.
