It is basically a warranty issue. I purchased a table tennis robot from Power Pong about 2 years ago. It completely stopped the function last May. After communicating with the owner, he suggested sending it to ************ address for a repair. He affirmed it will be covered by warranty. It came with 3 year warranty. However, he shipped it back to me without doing any repair and claimed the cause of breakdown was my hair clog and debris in the base unit and attached the pictures. He used this unethical justification not to be able to use the warranty. This is the problem. Before sending the robot, he told me to refer the manual and follow the instruction for maintenance and trouble shoot. So, I cleaned it and opened the circuit boad and made sure if I could do anything on my end but those didn't help. I communicated to the owner and he asked me to send it and confirmed it was going to be covered by warranty. I still have a broken robot at home. I tried to communicate with the owner about his unethical and misconduct of his business practice several times but his attitude was indifferent. Those pictures with bunch of hair and debris attached aren't mine. As I mentioned, I tore a robot and cleaned it according to mannual and that's what he told me to do before sending it. I hope somebody else are not going through what I am experiencing and I decided to file a report.
