      On 7/17/2025 I was contacted by a third party in regards to my student loans. Once I completed and made my first payment I started doing research. I then received an email from ******* ***** at ******** as a welcome. I continued researching and found that the program actually was charging me to do the work that I could do. I called to withdraw from program but was not able to due to it being the weekend. On 7/18/25 I called ******* but no answer. I emailed ******* and he responded. I made the request to withdraw from the program to which he stated he withdrew me from the program. When I asked about the money I had given I got no response. I continued to the next day and finally got a response. He gave me information for ******** She does not respond at all and I have since called and left several messages to include emails to ******* and ******** I am only out 250$ but I am worried about this programs ability to operate in such manner.

      On 6/27/2024 I started services with *** for my Student loans. They stated that it would take some time for my student loan application to be approved but to make my payments to them in the amount of $407 per month Until December 2024 and then I would owe $1800 in my student loans would be paid off. *** even said that they might not make me pay the 1800 depending on my payments. I made the payments up until October 2024. During this time I was not receiving much communication from the company and was unable to get a hold of anybody. When I would call in, I would leave a voicemail and then I would get an email asking if I still needed any assistance. In October 2024, my ACH payment was declined due to Insufficient funds. When I called to Make my payment I was unable to get a hold of anybody. I have emailed multiple people at *** and I have made dozens of phone calls with several messages. I have also requested a refund and have gotten no response. Upon speaking with my Student Loan provider, they have no information on *** reaching out to them in regards to loan repayment.

      On Wednesday May 1,2024 I received a phone call from the *** Group. At first I was skeptical about the nature of the call and almost hung up however the person was very convincing because he had all of my personal information like my FAFSA log in info, my contact info, my social security number, the amount owed on my student loans . He convinced me that he was acting in good faith to help me get student loan forgiveness and promised to arrange a payment plan of two installations of $750 and then $5/month for the remaining 240 months following. I cannot log in to my account with Nelnet loan servicing now and I am freaking out. the contact info I was given is: *******************( spelling?) ****************** (******************* is the supposed name of person I spoke with first)
