    I seldom complain about a company, but horrible is the only word for Skinstore. I went back & forth with customer service, and requested a refund for a product that I never received. The first two reps promised me my delivery, which I never received. The 3rd rep promised me a refund that I requested, which I never received. I then spoke to a 4th rep who told me that refund was never processed by the 3rd rep. - unbelievable! Now, I'm waiting again to see if I get my credit. I will never do business with this company again and don't see how they get away with such poor service!

    They charged me over a hundred dollars and then did not delivery my order to my post office box. Told me to check with my neighbors. ? I have a post office box. Why would my neighbors have my order? Then they want me to fill out forms so they can investigate their delivery method which is DHL. When I contacted DHL they had no such tracking number.

    I bought a ME Sleek hair reduction device for a Christmas present. It won't charge or power own. I emailed customer service twice in the last month and have received no reply.

    A lier! I made an order on Oct 7th, 2022, and till now they didnt ship it out. I asked for refund, but refused by this merchant time by time. I didnt get product nor my money back.

    This company did not allow me to cancel an order within *************************************** on how to return it when i receive it even though it doesn't ship out for days.When I complained of this they agreed to reimburse the cost of returning the unwanted products.All the proof was provided but months later I still do not have the return shipping reimbursed. They do not even deserve one star.

    I purchased a $220 serum that came with several free samples. When my box arrived, it only contained the samples. I had to make several calls to their customer service, who informed me I had to fill out a paper claim form and resubmit on their customer service platform. After each submission, they claimed they never received the form!?! I had to threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card to receive my product. I will NEVER use this company again. Buyer beware!

    Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 items that were to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Within a few days the items were still showing processing and I repeatedly requested cancellation prior to anything be dispatched or shipped. After over a week and continual disregard of my cancellation requests by customer service who continually lied about it was shipping, when I had emails saying sorry we are having problems fulfilling your order the items shipped but I still do mot have them. I have been contacting them and they keep saying when I receive it I have to return the item on my own. They provide return labels in certain instances as thiscis stated in their policy and confirmed by an agent but agents are lying saying we do not have return labels pay for your return. This us your fault. I cancelled way before either item went into shipping. Now I still do not have items and waiting fir dome international shipment to arrive that I tried ti cancel before it dispatched. This company is not legitimate and they purposely lead you on about the status of your item and lie about it shipping when you can see otherwise, to keep you from cancelling so you will just put up with them or you have to pay to return. Its a sham and customer service is rude, incompetent and purposely dismisses your emails responding with a script despite you communicating the obvious to them.
