    Very poor customer service. Applied for their card to get an additional 5% discount. Did this while signed into my account. Was approved and told I could use card immediately but it wasnt showing up in my account to use as it should have. This was on 1/11/25. I have had to contact customer service multiple times and keep being told itd be prioritized to be fixed. Theyve asked all kinds of ridiculous items from me like going into my account and screenshotting my banking details. Provided requested info and told 3-5 days itll be fixed. 3-5 days go by its not fixed. They again ask for the same info I already provided and told again 3-5 days to fix. Were now at 17 days and still hasnt fixed. No empathy or urgency shown from this team. Slow responses. Absolutely ridiculous have given them a ton of business and trying to give them more just at the discount they promote yet zero customer service to make it right.

    I ordered three tanks and had to return one. The shipping company says it was delivered and provided proof. After a month of waiting for the company to "research" why I wasn't credited for the return they denied they received the item. Ultimately, they said to take it up with the shipping company and the time to file a claim with the shipping company had also elapsed. $450 lots but not forgotten. Most people were helpful trying to resolve the issue, but **************** was dismissive.

    I have ordered from Scuba.com in the past and I was happy with the products ordered, and the expedient ground shipping. However, my latest order was for: ********* Thermoprene wetsuit(xl, 3mm) ***** Puck Pro Dive Computer (blue) I ordered these items on Sunday02Apr23. At that time I spoke with *************************** who was very helpful. On Wed05Apr23, I received a package from Scuba.com which contained 2 xl wetsuits, one 3mm, one 5mm of a brand that I cannot remember. It was someone elses order! When I called customer service, I spoke with the manager named ****. I asked her to have my correct order sent overnight, or at least with 2day shipping so that I would receive the correct items by Friday. That was important to me because I wanted to use them on a dive trip in ****** beginning Saturday. That seemed reasonable to me because Scuba.com screwed up my order and sent me someone elses order. **** replied that she was sorry (10 times?) but nothing could be done to get me my order by Friday. I told her that result was terrible customer service. Shae replied that the factory was closed for Passover. However, it was Wed at 1pm CT when we were speaking. As a result, I told **** to refund the money I paid for this order, and to send me a return *** label. I received the return label and repackaged the 2 wetsuits and returned them at *** store. End result, I had to repackage an order I received in error, and then drive to *** store to send their mistake back to Scuba.com. I got none of the items I ordered. I cannot emphasize how disappointed I am with Scuba.com customer service! BTW, in the last 2 weeks, there has been no attempt to make things right with me. Ugh!

    ******#: L2023040208005340358 04/02/23 shipped 04/03/23 Customer contacted us on 04/05/23 (the day we were closing for the Passover Holiday till 04/14/23) that he received the wrong item(s). It looks like the shipment got mixed up & he was shipped the wrong package. But unfortunately, since our shipping department was already closed for the Passover holiday, we were unable to ship his items that day, so refund was processed.

    None of your comments even attempts to make things right for me (The Customer) who was sent the wrong package and did not receive what I ordered. You apparently do not understand what customer service is. Im sad for you.
