      I could not find the **********, ** location, so I am complaining to the Headquarter location.I went yesterday to the **********, ** location with my brother for a happy hour ************ issue relies on the final payment amount and the BC membership *********** I wanted to join the ********** the server told me I had to do it online, and provide the phone number to her ( which I initially thought I would be able to do it on the spot, with the server, but either she was not aware of it, or didn't want to help me with it )I did it, paid via the website ( receipt attached ) and provided her the phone number.When she brought me the 8-pack related to the BC membership, she simply told me that the "cup" was out of stock... and that was it... I left the restaurant without my cup and without any info regarding if I will get it or not, and how.I asked about the *****oz beer "upgrade" of the BC, but she wasn't even aware if I was able to use it at the same day or not. ( I didn't use it in the end, but she should know about it even though )When I got the check, well.. it wasn't printed, she just showed me the credit card device, showing some discounts, and the final amount. I didn't check it thoroughly, and accepted it in good faith.I asked the printed receipt, and when conferring it later at home, realized that I was charged a $39 dollars for the "First kit pickup". But this is INCLUDED in the membership.Why was I charged again, at my restaurant check, if she knew I had just joined the BC?This is completely wrong... When looking at the machine, you don't see a "break-down" of the charges... and I bet the great majority of customers do not request the printed check and compare it afterwards.I was double-charged for it, and probably many more....I got the $39 "credit" on my check... but that was because of the double-charge, not because of the existing promotion, which grants me the $39 discount.All proofs attached.I want to know what the company will do.

      This is in regard to a recent visit at the *********, ** location on 8/11/2024 Between 12:00PM-1:17PM at Table 741.I came in with my family (party of 7) and our dog for the first time. The waitress (Young blonde/dirty blonde female), whose name I did not catch (I believe her name was Cat but not 100% sure), took our drink orders. I ordered a Blue Moon. When the drinks came out, she handed mine to me and said "Here's your bud light." I politely told her that I ordered a Blue Moon and she proceeded to have an attitude saying "That IS a Blue Moon!" Not wanting to argue or cause a scene, I kept my mouth shut because she seemed very adamant that she was right and I was wrong. About 5-10 minutes later, she comes back and tells me "The Kegs got switched by mistake that IS a Bud Light." then went and gave me the Blue Moon that I actually ordered to begin with. She did not apologize or show any remorse whatsoever and for the rest of the time, she completely avoided our table until it was time to pay. I did not appreciate the attitude from this server nor the unwillingness to listen to my simple request. Not only was the initial attitude unwarranted but the lack of a basic apology was unprofessional to say the least. I will be forwarding this complaint to the BBB as well as it was not a good first impression at this establishment.
