5 starsMy mother fell behind on her mortgage payments after contracting ***** and was facing not just multiple chronic illnesses but also forclosure. My fianc gave me their number and from the moment I called them they were a godsend! Everyone at the nonprofit alliance are very nice and caring, I mainly talked to ************************** and ****** on almost a daily basis. At first we thought the best and only option was to sell the house but They helped us so much and informed us of important resources that helped my mom be able to keep her house. ****** stayed in contact with our mortgage servicer almost daily and helped get us more time while we waited to hear back if my mom qualified for CA mortgage relief program and even after she was approved when I reached out to her to ask who to contact to verify that they received the funds she called them for us. One of the hardest and most stressful things that would make my mom cry was calling the mortgage servicer while facing foreclosure. We never paid for their service and still every person we talked to at nonprofit alliance were not only kind and understanding but also went above and beyond to help us as much as they could and got several options in line to help my mom keep her house or help get her more time if she absolutely had to sell. My mom is a disabled special ed assistant and has multiple health challenges including Diabetes after catch Covid so I was in constant communication with them to help make things easier for my mom but when they needed to talk to her or if she needed to sign things they would communicate and even though my mom would cry they were very comforting and so helpful! My mom has told everyone she knows how much she appreciated them and what a difference they made in our lives. I cant say enough amazing things about them and all their help. They are truly amazing people who work really really hard to help prevent people from becoming homeless.Review fromADRIAN S

5 starsWhat a large relief off my ****************************** has save our house from going into a foreclosure sale within 1 hour of the auction start time. I did some work but he did most of it. I would recommend him to any person that is in hardship, just giving up, or just do not know how about to getting help on any housing troubles. He talks with experience and know how. Saved me from spending $1600 for an attorney, it cost me $0 to get all my paperwork filed. He is 'Thumbs up' in my books.Review fromRochelle H

I can not express how much I am grateful for the outstanding job they do.They honestly care about helping folks and have all the right resources, knowlege, and even more care and understanding, that I have rarely come across these days. They provide you with the information, and assistance that you could only hope and pray for. If you have come to the point and find it hard to trust anyone for help, guidance or assistance with your mortgage. I have no doubt if you are fortunate enough to be contacted by them your prayers may have just been answered.
