Description:I have a remanufactured engine with 7k miles and 3 year warranty. My head gasket blew and dealer repaired the vehicle under warranty. During this repair they stripped 2 bolts directly into the engine block. This ruined the Integrity of the block and the engine should be replaced. They drilled out the bolts and put in some type of anchor that's prone to leaking and failure. Especially since it's a brand new engine. They insist this is all they can do. I picked up vehicle under duress and when driving it home that night the engine didn't sound right and had air like turbo sound. Next morning I see puddle of oil under my vehicle and I open hood a d there isn't any coolant in the resiviour. I had driving to my doctors before noticing and the jeep overheated again 2nd time this month. There was over 3 liters of coolant missing in the vehicle so the tech clearly forgot to fill it after he drained the system. I have pictures and texts email showing thus. The dealer is refusing to do anything since it didn't fail I guess meaning seize or blow up. My issue is that with the stripped bolts in the block and the failure to put coolant into the vehicle ket me drive 50 miles with it like that and them not taking responsibility. I would like the engine replaced. The achors in block need to hold compression and that's not ok for a new engine I expected to last 150k miles and the missing coolant and it being run 50 miles like that is just a disaster of a fix please help

First of all, called in to see if the truck was available for sale , had one guy helping me. I let him know Im on my way in to look at the truck and he left. ********** to update me or anyone. I seen one price posted on the Internet, which was pretty reasonable . As soon as I get there, seems like theyre not eager to sell the truck so it takes them forever to have someone come and help me.After talking to one of the guys there says, he will keep me informed because I guess the truck was not ready . After a day of texting, I finally get an update but now the asking price is about 5000 more than what they had it posted for. Not to mention when I went to go look at the truck then mechanic that works in the back was calling people on the phone telling them that Im there to look at the truck. When I asked him why the check engine light was on he said he didnt know, but Im pretty sure he had an idea why.. mechanic seem kind of shady.I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Seems like theyre running a shady program there.

This dealership has displayed unprofessional conduct in its treatment of clients. In end of April 2023, we leased a Grand Jeep Cherokee for 24 months, but encountered significant delays as the dealership took two months to initiate the paperwork. They had to change my contract several times due to their lack of professionalism. We had paid downpayment including the first month lease, and the dealership took that money to themselves and did not count it towards my loan. Then, I had to go in person to go pay the month of June lease in person at the dealership because of their paperwork delay. On March 15, 2025, during our consultation with *** ****, we experienced condescending and inappropriate behavior, as he repeatedly pressured us towards expensive options beyond our financial means. Additionally, we discovered discrepancies in our payment history, where a prior lease payment was overlooked by the dealership, resulting in an unjustified extra charge of $526 from the bank. Despite returning on March 18, 2025 to address and resolve these issues, the dealership continued to demonstrate unprofessionalism and offered no resolution. Every time we visited this location, we end up waiting for them for hours with unresolved issues. Consequently, we now seek to return the vehicle due to the ongoing difficulties and unsatisfactory treatment experienced. The car is in pristine condition and with mileage under the requirements of the lease, we look forward to returning it and ending this business with this company completely.

I bought ***** on 1/8/25 with cash price $16200. I received one key instead of two key after I signed the contract. They never mentioned only one key available in the sales process. When I asked a spare key, they told me that you signed the paper. That's it. I asked them to provide a spare key with me but they just ignore my request.

Recently my girlfriend and I purchased from this business, the salesman was great, But once we got to the finance manager ****** ********* the issues started. We had financing already from our bank so didnt need to finance the vehicle, while reviewing the contract and payment schedules they had written up, we noticed a charge for a third party security system the dealership had installed themselves. The charge was $1,699.00 and was included in the financed amount so would incur interest on that. We questioned this and ****** told us its a great system to help keep the car secure and for us to be able to download an app and track the vehicle and unlock it with our cellphones. After discussion we told him we didnt need this and most new vehicles come with some system installed. He said that its already installed and maybe I should due my due diligence, try to look the system up, they install them on all their cars, and cant remove it. We would have to just deal with that. We got off the phone, and I did some research, the system is actually installed by cutting into the wiring harness and hooking up there, which can cause issues itself on new cars with large amounts of electronics, also I contacted a local kit his dealership and they had never heard of the **** system he installed, also telling me they never would require that on a car from ****** dealerships. Doing more research I found its a monthly service charge to hes the system also. I contacted ****** back and asked him to remove the system and charge on the contract or we would have to go somewhere else. He didnt respond but later that day the sale and did and said they would remove it and the fee. We completed the purchase and the be hike was shipped to us costing almost $700 to get it here, once the car was here I was looking it over and the system is still on the vehicle, meaning they can track the vehicle without our consent.

I recently purchased a vehicle from a car dealership, believing that I was making a legitimate transaction. However, after taking possession of the car, I discovered that the dealership had sold me a fraudulent car. Not only was the vehicle itself misrepresented in terms of its condition and history, but the dealership also provided me with a fraudulent registration. When I attempted to verify the registration with the **** I found out that the documents were either forged or tampered with, meaning the car is not legally registered in my name or perhaps not even legally registered at all. This situation has left me with a car that I cannot legally drive or sell, and it has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I now have to pursue legal action against the dealership to rectify this fraudulent transaction and recover my losses.

I originally went into the dealership to cancel the contract on 3/3/24 and was told that it would be processed, time went by and come to find out the contact has not been cancelled. On April 10, 2024 DMS sent the cancellation to the dealership, I contacted ******************************* by email to confirm and hew had me send him the paid in full letter. Time went by and no response, then on April 25, 2024 ****** finally replied and said the cancellation has been processed. We received no response until I contacted *************************** on May 6, 2024 and he confirmed that it had been processed on April 25th and that it takes approximately 4 weeks. It is now June 6, 2024 and I cannot get ahold of any one and when I do they do not return calls or emails. I paid $4495 for the contact and had do use it once because the vehicle needed major repair work right away but the work did not use the whole amount that I paid for the contract. I would like the remaining refund or an itemized list showing the charges and why there would be no refund. Communication and transparency is all I am looking for, please contact me so that this matter can finally be resolved.

I bought a car from this dealership less than 8 months ago.I took the car in to have it looked at after it had overheated. They came back and told me I had a blown head gasket. They said this with 100% certainty. They quoted me $6100 to fix the issue. I told them I would be picking my car up for a second opinion. They advised against it, told me I was making the issue worse. Told me I was wasting time and would not find a cheaper repair anywhere. I took it to a new mechanic who found a leak in the housing. He said the head gasket is fine and ran 2 or 3 different test to confirm the head gasket was not the issue. I feel they tried to take advantage of me, they wanted me to spend an extra $6100 with them. They made me doubt even getting a second opinion. I would hate to see how many people they extorted out of thousands of dollars.
