    Ordered a Tide Clock from Salty Furniture on 11/5/24. Received email confirmation of purchase and another email same day that item was shipped and my CC was charged. When item was not received by 11/20, I checked the *** tracking and *** created a label 11/5 but did not receive the package .I check tracking daily and no change to status. I went to website, no customer service phone number is provided only a email contact form. I completed that form on 11/20 and submitted. Received automated response that email was received. Followed up with another email on 11/21, received the same automated response. Sent another email on 11/25 replying to the shipment confirmation, received an automated response that it was received. Sent my last email 11/27, same automated response with no reply to assist with missing item. Contacted my ********** to dispute charge.
