    I entered into a contract to adopt a highway in my hometown given the services is provided would be to clean up debris, trash, tree branches on the median/roadway, etc. Since entering into this contract, adopt a highway maintenance corporation has failed to provide the services explained to me as the service area still has the same debris, trash, tree, branches on the median, etc., as it did when I signed the contract back in June! I have told them numerous times that I will not continue in a contract because services promised have not been provided. They will not send me a cancellation and they are also telling me that I owe them $10,000 to buy out the remainder two years of a contract. This is a total scam and they are now threatening to file with a collection company. If I do not pay them what they consider balance owed and the remainder of the contract amount. The contract was for a two-year term and after about two months of seeing the same debris, trash, tree branches on the median. I contacted this business and they tried to assure me that they had trash crews that serviced the area. I have photos and proof showing otherwise, the same debris and such in the same place since before the contract of the service area even began

    **** has provided all services that are required under the 2 year contract. Photos of completed work have been shared with the customer as evidence of that work. The area the customer is complaining about is not an area that we are legally allowed to access to provide services. We have explained this in writing to our customer. The customer did enter in to a contract. We have tried to call customer for resolution. Unfortunately, customer is refusing all calls.

     I have yet to receive a response after filing this complaint. Prior to the complaint I have requested a formal termination of contract that they have yet to provide with reasonable terms. As discussed in my complaint, I will not be held liable for services that were not rendered and will not pay ridiculous termination fees that basically 'buy-out' the remaining ****** of a contract.

    We have attempted to resolve this issue. Customer has not returned our phone calls. We have provided the services in the areas we are legally allowed to service. As the customer stated she entered into a ****** contract. We would like to resolve.

    I refuse to answer this businesses phone calls as they have lied to me about the services via the phone and are now denying they ever promised the services to which was the basis that I entered into a contract with them. I have required that they contact me via email so everything is documented. I continuously request to terminate the contract and they have not provided any responses to the request and continue to send billing statements instead. I have advised them multiple times to terminate the contract due to them failing to perform the services that were agreed upon via the phone conversation I had with their sales agent. I refuse to pay for services that they never provided!
