    First, they did not have what I ordered in stock. Took them forever to tell me that. Still waiting for my refund.

    We ordered a desk for $2,797.34 from them that showed that it was in stock back in October 2022. Once we placed the order, it showed that it was in fact not in stock and anticipated a December delivery. December came and went and we never heard from the company. We reached out to them through email and they very rarely respond and if they do they kept making excuses how it should be here soon. We followed up with them in January, February, March, April and *** and still no desk but nothing but excuses. We called the company, just like other people that submitted reviews have and of course nobody answers. You have to do investigative work just to find a phone number to get a hold of somebody. We finally heard from ****** who was able to give me a $200 credit through ***** and said the desk should be here shortly. Several weeks went by and still no desk. I emailed her as well as customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. They told me that I would get a refund within 5 to 10 business days on my original form of payment. My credit card never received a refund within that timeframe or ever. I then contacted the company again and they said they would send out a check. Didnt hear from them for days. Finally received a check from them and the check BOUNCED! We then contacted ****** again and told them we needed a refund ASAP. She told ** she could only use Zelle now to refund our money and they could only do a *** of $1000 a day, which is complete c*** because Zelle states online that they can send $3500 a day. They refunded ** $1,000 through Zelle but AGAIN they are making excuses that they cant do the rest of the money right now. This has been awful experience.I submitted claims about this company to several agencies including the BBB and the ********** Attorney General.
